I highly recommend that you avoid this amateur hobbyist.From the start, the owner, a master salesman, lied to us, making guarantees he did not fulfill, providing terrible wood, terrible installation and terrible customer service.This company cares more about their 5-star reviews than any type of customer service or anything more than a ****** execution.Their website touts a board on board wood fence with overlap, and that is what I ordered.After 2 failed attempts to fix the fence, I requested that the owner come back out to the property to take a look at the issues, but he couldnt be bothered.After a total of 7 visits by this inept company, and 2 additional requests for the owner to come out (which he didnt bother to do even after he said he would), ** left with a fence that is an embarrassment.I received a warped fence with damaged wood that had gaps in areas where the overlaps were supposed to be, planks that were not secured properly, and a twisted fence that was not properly aligned on any axis.This company is not who they claim to be. They have terrible craftsmanship, terrible product, terrible execution and according to the employees, terrible working conditions. I will never use them for any project, will likely scrap pile their work and go get some decent wood from ********** and do the project the correct way by myself.However, I will concedeif you have extremely low expectations, you might not be disappointed.
