      Purchase a used suv from Crain Kia in Fayetteville, AR that had all the features I wanted. When we went to look at the suv we saw that the rearview mirror was dangling and was told it was an easy fix that we could buy the piece from auto zone. After purchasing the suv, I took the suv to Safelite Glass Repair the next day to get it professionally done and it turns out the windshield was shift up too high into the roof which cause the rearview mirror not to fit without putting pressure on the mirror. I call the dealership and just kept getting the same answer, "let me talk to the manager." You would think after spending a lot of money purchasing this car and them being a big dealership they would take care of their customer. So its going to cost $800 to replace the windshield on a suv I just bought.

      USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE! Crain Kia Fayetteville sold us a 2017 Jeep Cherokee for $11k, claiming their "expert mechanics" had given it a clean bill of health. The very next day, the check engine light came on, and an independent mechanic revealed that the engine was shot and needed a $20k replacement. When we sought a trade-in, they first offered $2500, then $5000. The General Sales Manager, Trent ******, came out and stated he was doing us a great favor by giving us “$5000 for a car that was only worth $500”—the car his dealership sold us for $11,000. He further told us this “deal” was only valid for 15 minutes and was only good on the first car we had looked at that day, when we still wanted to consider other vehicles. Trent said the trade was only good for the one vehicle on the lot that he obviously wanted to get rid of, as it reeked of cigarette smoke. He wanted us to take the lion’s share of the loss on a vehicle they sold us. We stated that this was unacceptable and said we would pursue other avenues of recourse. Trent then asked what it would take, and he relented with an $8000 trade-in value plus another $2000 in cash, in addition to the $4000 cash we put down originally. Bottom line: they do not stand behind their used cars. Purchasing an aftermarket warranty wouldn’t have prevented this ordeal, as it wouldn’t have taken effect until 30 days after purchase. The lesson we’ve learned is to buy from reputable companies like CarMax or Carvana, where we’ve had positive experiences and they offer 7 and 10-day return policies, respectively. On a positive note, our Sales Consultant, Nathan ********, was exceptionally helpful and courteous. His customer service was outstanding, earning him a 5-star rating. We would give Crain Kia zero stars if possible.

      left Kia Soul at this dealership for repair need. after 7 business days had not heard back. was then told car was next in line to be diagnosed. after 10 business days had to go to dealership for update. was told then should be that day. went back at 4 pm and not looked at. service manager Levi then advised was told not to make any diagnostic appointments for at least a month, they were that far behind. never told this when leaving car. now having to pay tow service to pick up car to take somewhere else to be repaired. vehicle bought new from Crain also. no apology either at anytime for this very poor service. having to leave 1 star to submit. otherwise would be 0 or a negative number.

      Jorge gave us exceptional service. He was attentive, honest and informative. I would be happy to do business with him again. We bought a KIA Sportage Hybrid and are very happy with it.

      Crain Kia in Fayetteville is awesome! They explained what service was needed and kept me informed. What I really liked is their honesty. They didn’t try to sell me a service the car didn’t need. My car was washed and the inside was vacuumed too. Thanks! I will be back!

      Quick, courteous and efficient service for maintenance. My visit was for a six-month service checkup and they performed all the usual tasks and updated me on things that could need some attention in future months. They thoroughly explain what's being done and what might come up later.

      I have Bought now two KIA'S from Keaton ******** at Crain KIA of Fayetteville. They have both times gave me an exceptional deals. I purchased a 23 TELLURIDE LADY YEAR and a 24 Forte GT JUST THIS WEEK. ALSO THE service department is Wounderfull as well they explain all my service questions so that understand and don't charge me for any services I don't want or need.

      I was pleased with the service I received at Crain Kia in Fayetteville, AR. Everyone was super nice and helpful. It took a little longer than I anticipated but the service dept. explained up front that they were running behind and it might take longer than was first stated. I have bought 3 vehicles from this Kia dealership and would strongly recommend them to friends and family.

      We were very pleased with our salesman and all of the staff at Crain Kia of Fayetteville. We were shopping for a new K-5 and were shown the exact model we wanted. After our test drive, we started the process of purchasing our new car!! The experience was well planned and went smoothly.
