The experience we had was awful. The go cart track is a safety hazard. I witnesses a terrible accident occur when I was I line where a young lady was smashed into by another rider leaving her in tears and nobody came out to help her until the ride was over. I reluctantly got on the track when it was my turn to have the exact same thing happen to me. I was rear ended by a double cart going full speed when everyone was supposed to be stopped on the track. My daughter who was riding with my husband witnessed the incident and was screaming at the rider to stop but the riders CANT HEAR A THING. My family all exited the track after this wreck, got off and not one employee checked to see if we were okay. We decided this was not the place for us so my husband asked for a refund. We had pre loaded $200 worth on a card to enjoy our afternoon. After being told there was no way to be refunded I decided to let them know how unsafe the track was. The response I received from not only the "manager" but the two teenagers working there was totally unacceptable. I attempted to give them some other options to use to show their riders that they need to stop and they said... we can't control everything. I let them know that nobody can hear them on the track when there is a motor behind your ear and they are only using a tiny hand microphone to demand people stop. I recommended big signs, stop lights, etc. when I realized my concerns were falling on deaf ears, I left. I did however, go get my phone to record the track set up and as I was recording the exact same thing happened again. I would not recon this place to anyone looking for "family fun" what a joke. Save your money and go to a non "Roberts family owned business"
