            We were considering a bath remodel. The salesman told us that our card would not be ran until we gave a go ahead on the job. If we changed our mind there was no problem. He said they would do a welcome call and at that time we could say preceed or not proceed. They ran our card for $6900. I contacted the salesman and he said it was to verify funds only and it would stay pending until we gave the go ahead. When they called we said we decided not to move forward and they said they were keeping our money. We received no service and materials were not ordered for our job. They called on the 4th day, then said we only had three days to cancel. Then they ran the card that night after my husband told them not to. They refuse to return our money. We do not trust this company at this point. I am currently working with my credit card company trying to dispute the charge. I have a text message from the salesman stating we could cancel at the welcome call. Just want our money back and forget we ever considered doing business with them.

            I saw them at a home show and asked for a visit and estimate on a bathroom remodel. Salesman said they would be 4 to 6 weeks out. Gave 50% down payment (standard) to get started. Construction manager came by for true measurements and said it would be 8 to 12 weeks. Called each week after 8 and was told "your cart of materials is at the front and the installers would be reaching out to set up a time". Was told that for 3 weeks. They finally showed up and had the job finished in 2 days. Wife did a good cleaning job and found a chip in the guard that keeps water off the floor. Had to wait a couple weeks to get that replaced. They use a different company to install the shower door. They are out of Branson MO. First time they showed up, the wrong track was ordered. 2nd time the holes had been cut in the wrong places. 3rd time was finally installed. 23 weeks total. You will need to call them constantly; they don't call and give updates. Also, do not give the remainder of the $$ until the total job is finished.
