            Advanced Pathology Solutions out of Little Rock, AR performed pathology services without clearing it with my health care Insurance provider and I have no out-of-network benefits for lab work. I don't think they should have performed the work without clearing it with insurance, but they claim they always do that after the fact. I received a big bill with them and there was very little negotiation. They are difficult to get a hold of, wait times are very long, and once you wait on hold for a certain amount of time, it asks for a call back number, but they never call you back. I called 4 times in March and April and asked for copies of the bills so I could appeal to the insurance company. It’s now the second half of June and I have still never received the bills. Doing the work before going through insurance and billing me after the fact feels like extortion. This is a terrible company to deal with.
