A person from Rasers Small Appliance and Repair in Paragould came to my house to repair my dishwasher. His name was KYLE. It was leaking a small bit from the door being pushed down and bent the hinge. Gasket at bottom of inside door had come out and I asked if he could also put that back in place while checking out the door, it was actually part of the job. I was in next room and heard a loud pop. I went in kitchen and he said, "I think I found your problem and pointed to a hole in side of dishwasher. I looked inside the dishwasher and there was the chunk he had broken off. I said "that wasn't like that before and he said yeah I'm pretty sure it was. I told him it was Not like that and that piece is what he just broke off is right here in the bottom of tub. He said yep that was it and gathered up his tools. I turned it on before he had a chance to leave and water was gushing out of the bottom. He said he put the gasket back in place and that chunk out cant be fixed as it is part of the tub itself. When I called company the next morning, boss was VERY rude. I told him what had happened and he said that's not what his repairman said and for me not to worry about it because they would not be back out there. I asked what about my dishwasher now broken, are you going to replace it with another one? He said, "NOT HAPPENING {loudy} and we wont be back". I even had pictures before he came because I had sent them to another serviceman I know but found out he had retired, so I called them. The picture is proof that he broke my dishwasher. I called another repair company to come check it out and as soon as the repairman took bottom plate off, there was the gasket shoved up UNDER the dishwasher. It goes IN the door!!! I will NEVER RECCOMMEND 'RASERS Small Appliance Repair' TO ANYONE!!! This only has a 1 star rating because you cant do a ZERO.... because they certainly don't deserve the 1 star that it gives you. In my opinion they owe me a new dishwasher.
