      Pine bluff cable has no office number to reach out to an we have cable problems constantly. Call with having to get no assistance a given a ticket number a then out till they get to us. Missing out on days we pay for service. Pine bluff cable has no good reviews but takes advantage of ones that live out having no other option for service. I ask for refunds on days we have no service a with a lot of weekends missing out on shows we watch. This company is unacceptable as a business a needs looked into with a refund issued each time this happens. Does not deserve a star rating at all. Needs a 0 for star rating

      We have checked our records and do not any subscribers listed under the name Vickie Moyet, or last name Moyet in general. We would love to speak directly with the customer to find resolution to this issue, but we have no name, phone number, or account to go by. The account holder is welcome to come down and speak directly with management on this, and we will make good on any short comings and provide resolution. The phone number on file for our company is for our call center. These agents work for our company, they are located in Bryant AR and not outsourced. These agents can inter-transfer calls directly to our line as needed.

      A complete rip off to low income people .Signed up for Internet received a bill for $200.00 for not signing agreement which they said they emailed it, but the representative said they had no email on file for me. I was eligible for Affordable Low income internet paid by the government, they said I need to pay $200.00 first then my government cost will be on my next bill . I'm on a fixed income and need income to do research for employment , they have no other options to help me resolve this matter leaving me to turn in equipment and find another internet solution .

      I have called Pine Bluff Cable 1-800 number to report problems with my cable several times. It takes you to several numbers I hit the residential number the phone rings twice and hang up. My cable is still not working it is 7:23 AM. I started calling at 5:45 AM,

      Liars! They increase price with 12 month contract for existing customers until you reach the retail rate leaving you with no other option than to pay the extremely high bill! Aren't the children supposed to have access to affordable Wi-Fi/internet?!

      Mike a "field supervior" with Pine Bluff Cable company reached out to my husband SEVERAL times to keep him up to date on everything that was happening with our service once we notified him of the problem going on with our internet. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were kept in the loop of knowing about the on going probelm in the area. Mike reached out to my husband this morning to ask if he could go inside our back yard to get to one of their poles. Upon entering our back yard Mike reached back out to my husband and informed him we had a water leak. If it wasnt for him we would have not known about this issue as fast. I really appreciate everything he has done for us! Mike is truly a wonderful person!
