            I have been contacting them for 4 yrs, trying to get internet. All they say is my house is too far from the road and offer a construction quote, which I have asked for NUMEROUS times and NEVER received. They are the only internet provider out here that is not Satellite. I have called Cable Links and they respond, but can never get answers from PB Cable. It is ridiculous that I cannot get any help or information from the local office to help me get internet. Last I was told, my address had internet previously, but some work needs to be done. However, I cannot get anyone to tell me what work, how much, etc. I just want some help!

            Pine bluff cable has no office number to reach out to an we have cable problems constantly. Call with having to get no assistance a given a ticket number a then out till they get to us. Missing out on days we pay for service. Pine bluff cable has no good reviews but takes advantage of ones that live out having no other option for service. I ask for refunds on days we have no service a with a lot of weekends missing out on shows we watch. This company is unacceptable as a business a needs looked into with a refund issued each time this happens. Does not deserve a star rating at all. Needs a 0 for star rating

            We have checked our records and do not any subscribers listed under the name Vickie Moyet, or last name Moyet in general. We would love to speak directly with the customer to find resolution to this issue, but we have no name, phone number, or account to go by. The account holder is welcome to come down and speak directly with management on this, and we will make good on any short comings and provide resolution. The phone number on file for our company is for our call center. These agents work for our company, they are located in Bryant AR and not outsourced. These agents can inter-transfer calls directly to our line as needed.
