On 30 May 2023 I went to ask *** the Controller at Excalibur of Avondale if I could get a copy of the receipt from my payment that I made to them for the additional charges that were added in the 3rd iteration of the supplements that were submitted to State Farm, and she referred me to the owner Matthew Hodge and he stated Oh yeah I read his review and seemed ticked off at that point so I knew it was going to be confrontational from there on out, he asked for my phone number and I started telling him then he said slow down I dont write that fast so I slowed down and told him then he asked for my name I told him then he said is that your last name ***** and I said no and raised my voice since apparently he is hard of hearing and when I raised my voice he said you dont have to yell at me and I said well you were having trouble hearing me and he was very RUDE and told me to get out and he would not give me a receipt for something I have paid for, ************** Overall is completely unprofessional after they have received your money especially if you have set a less than favorable review for them. Again, I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy much less a friend. Steer completely clear of this shady organization and the *** Boss attitude of Matthew Hodge.
