    Dropped off a 2021 vehicle with rear end damage. It took 3 months to complete work due to issues with communication between Excalibur and progressive. Felt like I as the customer needed to make phone calls between them to get the ball rolling and through the ******** vehicle sat in the sun for months in 110+ and this killed the battery since it wasnt being move started or anything. Excalibur made me pay for it.After finally getting my vehicle back I noticed that the entire windshield was cracked and the owner was snarky on blaming it on ME as the customer saying I must have dropped it off with a chip.I asked if they normally document any chips or damage upon receiving the vehicle and a lower supervisor responded yes that he tries to get his guys to do that however they must not have this time. When brought up to the owner, he was speaking over me and down to me bragging about his time in the industry and chips spread all the time. However, weeks before when I checked on the vehicle there was ZERO damage. And all of a sudden on pickup day we all notice a crack across.The owners response was heres a glass company they will work with YOUR insurance and you can get it fixed.He walked away and refused to fix the damage they caused after servicing a 9k dollar ****** was extremely frustrating and demeaning the way he spoke to me and handled the situation.I asked for proof or any way to know that this didnt happen in the shop due to debris. Owners response was my techs dont wear glasses or any safety gear ever, theres no debris which is impossible to believe because I saw debris when I checked on the vehicle a week before.
