      Im extremely disappointed with the response time and resolution from the managers and customer service. Ive been trying to pay my cash deal for days now and theyve had the permits ready since December 7th. Its all been an issue, looks like they dont want the money, but its probably that really theyre taking more jobs than they can handle and consequently dropping the ball continuously. I have no one to call or talk to because the rep cant even get any information. It takes days to do one simple thing. I wanted my system installed before the end of the yr to claim the tx credit but theyre making it impossible. If time is of the essence for you, DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Ps: ********************* has been one of the few that helping me through emails.

      I hired this company to install the Solar Panels on my house. The panels are installed and it's been more than two and half months but the solar power is not usable. I have been trying to reach the company without any luck. Not sure what to do at this point, hence I am reaching out to BBB to help me find the resolution.

      In May 2021 we signed a contract ************ Solar (Dissolved since) who uses Titan Solar Power to provide the products and installation. We are halfway done with the project with was supposed to be finished within 2 months. We are not getting any communication from titan, they ignore us, and have falsely claimed the Solar job was done so our lender would send them the money. Now we are paying both our lender and utility company each month. Titan solar is on the edge of scamming customers. We don't know if this job will ever get done because titan does not respond. We still don't have our main panel upgrade that we paid for.We don't have the two Tesla batteries we paid for even though they got a shipment in September and I was told by the supervisor of our project that he would put two aside for us. I'm now being told that didn't happen. I'm on the verge of taking this company to court just to get this finished. Side notes: They ruined my ceiling with 9 holes (mostly fixed).The first rain our roof started leaking into the living room in a separate area of the 9 holes (fixed).They left trash all over my yard that I'm constantly finding months later.

      The only contact that happened was through Yelp, and they sent me an email that doesn't work. Even if they have tried to reach out to me I've been calling in every other day.
      They have my cell and my wife's cell but are not calling.

      Titan's homeowner advocate reached out to discuss the concerns and left a direct contact number to be reached at. The system was commissioned on 12/22/21 and has been producing ever since. The battery is yet to be installed. However, the main panel upgrade is set to commence and it was requested that the homeowner remove a structure before any electrical work can be completed. The homeowner did provide photos showing the structure being removed. Titan is still working with the utility company for a scheduled date so the electrical work can commence.

      The company's HR director reached out but doesn't solve my project issues. I've been in contact with another director recently but she isn't able to get anything done. She is just a messenger for things but I'm not getting much accomplished yet. They still owe me money and a finished project.

      ******************************* ("Homeowner")'s two (2) Tesla Batteries were installed on March 17 and March 18. We are currently awaiting the city to approve our "Change of Scope" as a main panel upgrade was not required as originally thought. Once approved we can schedule final inspection and the Homeowner's project will be marked complete. We apologize for any miscommunication on our end that has led to the Homeowner's frustration. Unfortunately, supply chain for batteries has led to delays in shipments and severely affected our inventory. The homeowners have been reimbursed for the **** as well as, loan payments. They are in direct communication with our Stockton Branch Manager.

      I went under contract with Titan Solar in June of 2021 as Georgia Power had opened its solar power program up for *************************************************************************************************** Oct 2021 with permission to operate in the beginning of Nov 2021. The system worked for 4 days and the inverter stopped working. It took 14 days to send a technician with no parts to tell us that the inverter was bad. Since then Titan has not replaced the inverter and says that they have none in stock. In addition I was not supposed begin paying for the system until it was operational for 30 days to offset my **** from Georgia Power. Instead they began taking payments before I ever received my permission to operate. I have now made 3 payments on a system that does not work and Titan has not fixed. The response from **************** is horrible and it takes a week sometimes to hear back from anyone. I inquired about the refund of my payments as I was told by my sales rep this would take place and it has not. Currently I need my payments refunded and my system fixed as it has not worked since my permission to operate was given. Titans Case # TES83655-01

      Titan has been in communication with the homeowner directly and will be reimbursing them for their loan payments already paid while the system has been down. Titan is working diligently and checking periodically with the manufacturer for updates on when to expect the shipment of the replacement inverter.

      This company DO NOT STAND BY THERE PRODUCTS! Complaints:Shady reps!Awesome credit scores and they make promises never fulfilled!Lies by passing the buck onto other staffs and or departments!Awaiting a Backup battery since *********************** is ridiculous!Had to do the foot work regarding installation from our town office!       Titan has spoken to the customer directly and informed them that the battery permit has been approved. There has been a battery assigned to them and we are awaiting an installation date for the battery to be installed. Homeowner has also been reimbursed for the difference in their loan payment for the battery portion of the payment. This will continue until the homeowner's battery is operational.

Titan was contracted by the sales company, LGCY Power and its sales representative *************** to install the solar system and the residence of ********************. Any misleading information given at the point of sale would be subject to LGCY Power and its associates. However, in good faith, Titan is committed to helping find a resolution to the claims above.

      I bought solar panels from Titan solar company back in May of 2021. They said they would install in May. They installed them in July. In September the electric contractors finally came and wired the panels to the house. Excel states they can't install the smart meter until Titan puts in the paper work. I have contacted titan and put on hold for 45 minutes to be told I can't talk to anyone in the department that is supposed to finish the paper work and send it to excel and now here we are in the bottom of November I am paying for both the solar panels and the excel **** they tell me hadn't actually been measured in two months because Titan won't submit the paperwork. I don't know what to do now. Excel says they can't force Titan to turn in the paperwork and Titan won't finish the job.

      Titan has attempted to reach the homeowner to address the aforementioned concerns but we were unsuccessful. The utility company, Excel, has been awaiting signatures from the homeowner for the final documents. Titan also requested a change of email from Excel so that the documents can be resent for signature. This is a third party delay and Titan is doing all we can to get the system operational.

      I would like to file a complaint against titan solar thier sales rep came to my home to sell solor panels he promised me ***** check to do as I like to take a vacation or spend how I see fit he said our light **** would be around ***** that was a lie my light **** runs between ************ and I still have to pay ****** for solar panels that doesnt cover what he promised because I didnt get enough of them to cover it he sold me the bare minimum I have texted *********************** to get this straight and havent got no response so I went to his boss *** force and explained how he promised us the *****. And a new roof if this one goes bad I would like this taken care of. I would like what they promised
