Review for Kuttz Barber Shop I recently visited Kuttz Barber Shop with high hopes that my barber, ***, could perfect my haircut. However, the experience left me feeling quite disappointed and uncomfortable.From the start, *** frequently asked for my input on how to cut my hair, which made me worry about his confidence and ability. This concern grew as he had to correct his own work two to three times during the session. This not only eroded my trust in him but also made me feel uneasy in the chair.The situation worsened when ************* me with a straight razor. Although he did clean up his mistake, the damage was already done, adding to my discomfort and dissatisfaction.After leaving the barbershop, I decided to reach out to *** for a refund since I needed to get my cut and fade fixed by another barber whom I trusted. I explained my situation to both *** and the owner, *****, but *** refused to issue a refund. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he felt that I was being disrespectful, despite my efforts to seek a reasonable resolution and some honesty about his mistakes.Overall, my experience at Kuttz was far from satisfactory. The lack of skill, professionalism, and accountability left me feeling very dissatisfied. I hope this feedback helps improve their service for future customers.

As far as this recent cut is concerned, If you had actually spoken with me (Jabar) and addressed your concerns I would have 100% rectified the situation. Unfortunately you did not speak with me as your complaint states. If you ever decided to come back and give another Barber a shot, we would be happy to give you an additional 10% off.
