We listed my home for sale in Bullhead and chose this agency due to rating. The agent I got was *****************************. We have to say she is the worst realtor We have ever worked with, and we have worked with many. She is unethical, untruthful and unprofessional and does not work for her client. Our house has had problems with termites in the past. The damages were addressed and even though the termite inspection showed no activity currently, We had a report from the termite company showing the damages inside the walls and that the termites were still in the walls. Our realtor said she doesnt care about that since there were no current termites showing. We sent her, the buying agent and both brokers this report as. We felt the buyers had a right to know. We had asked ******* in the beginning before signing contract that We wanted a stipulation put in that escrow could not close until we had found a home and in escrow. She refused to do this and said that isnt done any longer. She is very unprofessional. We received an offer which she sent over to us. However the offer had someones name on it different than the buyer. We questioned it and she sent me the correct offer, which was accepted. We were unable to find a home to buy and didnt want to sell anymore. She laughed at us and told us there was nothing we could do and that we cant back out. We asked her what we were suppose to do. She said to live in a trailer or rent something but there was no rentals available. The entire sale process was a joke. We contacted her broker who appeared interested in finding out what was going on. She was of no help either. When we did finally find a house she and the buyers agent held up the closing of escrow as a vindictive point creating a hardship for us to move out. If you are looking for a realtor in the Bullhead area be careful if you choose to work with the Realty One Group, Mountain Desert. I cant say anything about the other agents in this group but I know I would never recommend her or the agency she works ***********
