I bought a new fridge from Spencers, and it has a lifetime warranty. The ice maker in the fridge broke. Spencers connected me to the warranty company - Gold Wing. Then, Gold Wing connected me with Centurion - the company that was actually supposed to come out and fix the ice maker in the fridge. The one time he actually did show up, he replaced one part instead of both. The ice maker still did not work, and when my wife tried to contact him, he pretended that he didn't know who was contacting him. Since then, the guy at Centurion has failed to show up and fix the fridge about two or three times. It's become impossible to get the ice maker fixed. It's been almost a month. Both of these companies are supposed to be fulfilling any repairs that need to be made under my warranty, and both have neglected to do so. Gold Wing doesn't even pick up the phone anymore.

We bought a ******* dryer from ********* in November of 2021 and it stopped completely working on June 28th, 2023. We went through the extended warranty company Sentinel Service Corp who assigned the order to Goldwing. They took 2 weeks to come out to the house for their first assessment on July 12th. Technician noted two parts that had to be ordered and went back to the office and ordered it. We have called weekly to check in on the parts and not only the customer ********************** provided has been poor and rude, they've also failed to follow-up on the issue at hand. They provided an ETA of 8/29 when the parts should've arrived and when we called they said they did not arrive and would have to call the distributor. We called again on 9/6 and the customer ********************** indicated she would call and have an update in 24 hours that we could try calling ******* who would supply the part to the distributor and then the distributor to them. Spent 50 mins on the phone with ******* who said they had no record of such order, but that they did have the part. Called Goldwing again and they put me on hold and person said a supervisor said parts from Reliable Parts were on back order until 9/12. I asked for a phone number for Reliable parts and ********* said to ******* it". I called Reliable parts and they refused to provide information on the part as Goldwing is the only one who can provide this information. Goldwing refused to follow-up with a supervisor or to elevate it to someone else as she was only the "receptionist" or "scheduler". Parts ARE in stock in *******. I have been without a dryer since we first reported it broken at the end of June and since they acknowledged it needed two parts to be repaired on 7/12.

Bought washer dryer from ********* in ********, **. Bought extended warranty on both units. I have had issues with the dryer with in the 1st year of purchase we have had is serviced now several times well over a normal atlease 7times fixing absolutely nothing, replacing parts after parts after parts, tare down after tare down, the dryer makes noises it didn't before panels don't fit like before it's been taken apart so much. The dryer will shut off with no warning, still plugged in the wall, nothing absolutely no power to unit. I call the warranty company it takes several days for them to come out, in that time frame this last time was over two weeks out for service. Since the dryer has come back on and works for a load or two and does the same thing. The technician comes out when it's working says nothings wrong with it and it's the same revolving horrible cycle, I have asked to have the unit replaced and they the warranty company and they're own technician pass the buck on who can and can't order a new dryer unit. With that said, I have to take the expense of getting laundry done when I have paid for this not to happen on a consistent basis....please help!

We had a warranty from Centurion on our Maytag washer, originally purchased 7/2019, serviced by Goldwing Appliance. Every year since the purchase we've had the same issue with this washer, the control board, each time it's been replaced. On 6/27 we called for service, on 6/29 the Tech came out said machine was unrepairable. Expect a call after the holiday about a new washer. 7/5 came we started making calls, we were told they needed a second opinion. They scheduled a tech for 7/12, no one came out we started calling in the afternoon. We were told we were not scheduled. They scheduled, again, for 7/14. 7/14 NOTHING, we, again, started making calls. We were told someone would come out no matter how late. NOTHING. On 7/17, again, we started calling. We were told parts were ordered and ******* would be on on 7/19. We were NEVER told that parts were ordered. Friday, 7/19, came the techs replaced the drum and said it was the control board and we are out of warranty. Which is incorrect this still should fall under the 6/27 call which the unit was under warranty. The tech's did not, on 7/19, leave any paperwork, said they no longer do this.

Part on Washing machine was replaced on 6/15/23 by technician, washing machine was working properly prior to this repair, I went to run the washer after the part was replaced and it was making a loud noise, called technician to come back and look at washing machine he declined said to call the office, washing machine is now broken and will not run, damage reported to Goldwing and requested they fix it immediately. Since the technician broke the washing machine Goldwing should replace the entire unit.

On 4/19/2022 I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator and with it I bought a service plan from "Goldwing Appliance Repair". The day it was delivered, it was leaking on the floor. Goldwing came out and said they fixed it. It didn't seem to be leaking on the floor, but it was still leaking inside the freezer. I've contacted Goldwing several times over the last year and they came out once and broke out several inches of ice from the bottom of the freezer. They told me it needed parts. Goldwing continues to tell me they don't have the parts or there is something wrong with the parts. In 11 days it will be on year; come on!! I've also contacted Whirlpool (the first time within the first year) and they told me if Goldwing couldn't fix it they had other service companies. Now, they tell me that because I have a contract with Goldwing, they can't help me at all. This isn't OK,,,,,is it???

I was assigned to Goldwing Appliance for service on my extended warranty from Spencers for my fridge. Their technician visited in August ************************************************* October 2022, I had heard nothing, so I called. They informed me that parts were scheduled to be delivered December 22. I asked if I could set up service for that week and they said no, that the parts wouldn't be checked in until early January. I called again today, February 23, 2023 and asked for a status and they said that the parts never arrived. I asked why they did not follow up to find where the parts were and they said they had no prompts for that.My dispute is with both Goldwing and Spencers. Goldwing says that they have one of two parts. I want the one part they do have released to a competent repair company who will take over the warranty service. Alternately, they need to replace the fridge.

We filed a claim through our extended warranted provider and they dispatched it to Goldwing appliances to fix out dryer door that was broken. This was filed at the end of November 2022. They came out in December and stated that they needed to order parts and they could come back out and fix the issue. They told us that the parts would take ***** days to receive. We have contacted them multiple times over the past couple of months until they finally stated that they have the parts and would come out on Feb 13th. The technician came out and realized that they had ordered the wrong door and he actually broke an additional part on the dryer. I have contacted Goldwing to get a status update and they stated that the new part should take ***** days to receive and they would contact us to schedule an appointment when they receive the part. I have requested that management call me over this 4 month process with no returned call. They have now stated that the parts should be in within the next couple of weeks. We have not been able to use our dryer for over 4 months because of them not addressing and fixing the issue through a warranty that we have purchased. The customer ********************** that we have received it horrible and now we have to wait for at least another two weeks if not longer. We just want our dryer fixed.

On October 10, 2022, Goldwing Appliance came out to fix our ice maker and a fan. We were told the parts had to be ordered and it would take two to three weeks. After three weeks we called to ask when they were coming out and they made an appointment for November 15th assuring us the parts would be in. When November 15th came no one came out and they did not call to tell us they weren't coming. We called at 4:30 in the afternoon and they told us they would have to schedule another appointment. This time it was November 29th, and they still didn't come out and didn't call. They scheduled yet another appointment for December 27th and the tech person didn't show up for work, and they didn't call and tell us until we call to ask why no one showed up. We ask if the parts were in and she said she didn't know, but she told us the next time he would be out in our area was January 13th. It has been 80 days that we have been waiting for Goldwing to come out and fix our refrigerator, The ice make is starting to leak water into the refrigerator and the cooling is not holding the temperature correctly, This is warranty work that we purchased from Spencers appliance when we purchased our refrigerator. They need to be held responsible for the warranty work we purchased in a timely manner.
