We purchased a Beko refrigerator from Spencers *************************** in November 2020. The refrigerator came with a 2-year warranty. Spencers uses GoldWing Appliance Repair for warranty issues. Our ice maker stopped working in August 2022. We called GW and they came to the house on 8/16. ** told us a new ice maker was needed and that they would order the part. We called GW on 9/8 and were told the ice maker would arrive by the end of September. We heard nothing. We called GW on 10/3, 10/10, and 10/26 but no one could give us reliable status/date on our part. On 10/26 we asked GW what we could do to escalate the issue. GW suggested we call Beko ourselves, and they gave us part number ********** for reference. We called Beko on 10/26, 10/27, and 10/31. On 11/1 we spoke with Beko parts ***** Part ********** was in stock (US) and they were filling orders from October! They could not locate the order placed by GW.On 11/1 we called GW and explained what we had learned from ****. We were told GW would call us back. That did not happen. On 11/2 we called GW and were told GW call us back. That did not happen. On 11/3 we called GW and were told that the part had been located and would be received by GW on 11/9. We scheduled a service appointment for 11/10. On 11/10 we did not receive service. We called GW and were told that we were scheduled for service on 11/8 and that when the driver was loading his truck, he noticed the part was damaged. No one had called us to change the original service date from 11/10 to 11/8, nor had they called us to notify us of the damaged part. We were told that a replacement part had been ordered and a new service appointment was scheduled for 11/12.On 11/12 the service technician arrived at our home and declared that the replacement part was not the correct part. He said he would sit with his colleagues to figure out where the error is. He said we would hear from someone in the following days. To date we have heard from no one.

On 08/08/20 I purchased a ******* refrigerator/freezer with FlexZone drawer with an extended warranty from Centurion Service Corporation as indicated on the attached receipt. The first and only service call was placed on or about 08/27/21 and a tech responded, diagnosed the problem and indicated it would be 4-8 weeks for the needed parts to be received. As of 06/28/22 we are still waiting for the "circuit board" to be received by Gold Wing to complete the repairs. The following is an approximate chronological synopsis of completed calls as numerous other calls went unanswered:11/03/21 was given 6-8 week ETA on parts due to Covid and holiday season.01/10/22 was told all parts except "circuit board" were in an awaiting assembly with 2-4 week ETA on that part.02/07/22 was told all parts except "circuit board" were in an awaiting assembly with 2-4 week ETA on that part.04/04/22 was told all parts except "circuit board" were in an awaiting assembly with 2-4 week ETA on that part. Was reassured that I would be contacted just as soon as part arrived.04/28/22 numerous calls placed and unanswered to Goldwing and Centurion.05/05/22 was told all parts except "circuit board" were in an awaiting assembly with 2-4 week ETA on that part. Spoke with Manager who explained supply chain issues and that Centurion Service Corporation would not take any action as long as distributor was updating the **** Attempted to contact Centurion Service Corp. numerous calls went unanswered.06/10/22 was given 2 week **** Contacted Centurion Service Corporation. Was advised that as long as parts distributor was giving an updated ETA there was nothing they would do.06/28/22 was placed on hold 4 times then disconnected. Called back on another phone was placed on hold twice. Spoke with ****** who said she would check, placed on hold then disconnected. Received call from Manager about 15 minutes later. I was told part would be in 06/29/22. More details on my notes.

Filed a warranty claim on our refrigerator in early AUGUST 2021. They said part was on back order. I have called at least 5 times since then and get the same answer. There is no effort on Goldwings part to try to rectify the situation. Here I am, 6 months after initial contact still waiting to have my fridge repaired. This is unacceptable.

Back on 7-13-21 I called in for service on my washer making a extremely loud noise at the beginning of a wash cycle and even louder at the end during spin cycle. The repair guy came out 7-16-21. He informed us that he would need to order a couple of parts. With covid it might take longer then normal. I was understanding. We kept in contact with the repair company during early August they said the part was on its way no later then August 24, 2021 allow **** days from that date they would have the parts. A repair guy comes out in September one of the parts was missing something he would have to reorder a part. We was patient. Then they finally call schedule for them to come out in October 2021. No show No call. We called a couple days later. They said they didn't know the service guy didn't come. But now we still have to wait for a part. We are getting concerned. Using our neighbors washer is getting old. Please help to fix or replace our washer.
