When *********************************************** were completed with the task they asked me if there was anything I had concerns, and being very concerned about the condition of our house plumbing system I asked *********************************************** to sit down at our kitchen table where they went into detail on our problems.*********************************************** provided a detailed breakdown of what was needed to be fixed and the cost of every step that was offered for the fix.If I was setting up a service business I would offer this fine example of totally professional leadership to manage my service technicians and have *********************************************** select the technicians that would look, work and carry themselves in the same professional manner as *********************************************** showed me this day. I understand very well that *********************************************** have past excellent technical experience, and they both showed it this day.
