Went to ********************************* hospital at 7pm tonight. My dog had gotten bite in the eye. It appeared to me that he needed stitches. There was a gash , open cut on his bottom eye lid. They took him back right away and I sat there for 3 hrs before I finally went to the desk and asked for an update as I sat there and saw 2 people that came after me come and go. Someone came out and told me that they had a couple of emergencies and it would probably be 4 or 5 hrs. I was there waiting 3 hrs !!!!! And was never told that. There were other places I could have gone but they let me sit there. I certainly understand an emergency but not to have the courtesy to let me know is UNACCEPTABLE. !!!!! ZERO stars !!!!!!!! Will NEVER have a good word to say about this. By the way they hadn't even wiped the blood off so they never even looked at him. !!!!!! I strongly suggest that the BBB review the Yelp reviews to realize the poor medical care that a majority of customers, including myself, have experienced at this hospital for animals. They need to be held responsible for their neglect. Action needs to be taken so they are forced to live up to stardards that are in line for the care of animals.
