Very poor customer service I have used ********************** for a few landscaping projects which started well.They now have very dirty rock and take no responsibility for it or make any attempt to remedy this problem.Even worse the new manager *** really knows how to inconvenience a project, cannot get a straight story from this guy Always makes you feel like whatever problems they are having is your fault.Cost me 10 extra labor hours and put my projects back 1 week with their negligence, how this child is in management is baffling.Cannot trust this company anymore, especially when they have people like that in place that undermine the entire industry, When they cut corners they still make money Only we look bad The homeowners dont know & dont care about the distributors, we the Landscapers are the ones they know and trust.So when distributors are lazy and dont take responsibility it really puts us in a tough spot.

******,We are surprised to receive your poor review considering what really happened, and we are disappointed that you did not disclose any of the details about how our manager remedied the situation promptly and professionally.On Monday, March 21st, we delivered 5 tons of ****** ***** *** screened rock to your job site per your order.Later that day, you called to let us know that there were a lot of fines in the material. We asked you to send pictures so we could forward them to our vendor to investigate what happened.You sent the pictures and we forwarded them to our vendor. The vendor discovered that they, in fact, delivered the wrong product to us, and therefore, we inadvertently delivered the wrong product to you.Once this discovery was made on Wednesday, March 23rd, we hired a landscaping contractor to pick up the balance of the incorrect product from your job site, and as you know, we kept you informed every step of the way.We received the correct product from our vendor and the morning of Thursday, March 24th, we delivered a new load of the correct product to your job site. There was no charge to you for the removal of the incorrect product or the delivery of the correct product. At that time, you expressed gratitude for all we did to remedy the situation so its very confusing why you left this poor review. We have photos, receipts and records of this entire transaction and would be willing to share them with you if you have any questions or need clarification.Our manager, who you referred to in a very disparaging manner, has been with our company for over five years at another Preach location, and he takes his job very seriously. He does all that he can to make our customers happy and to meet or exceed all their needs and resolve any problems. Based on the facts, he did meet your needs and he quickly resolved the problems with this transaction. I’m not sure whoever responded read my entire review You addressed only one of the issues The others being how I was delivered 15 tons of dirty pea gravel Another how they dumped 22 tons of rock in the street when I told them not to, created literal tons of extra work! & mostly the fact that Don seems like he’s always trying to cover his ***. I work with quite a few contractors and this behavior pattern is consistent, He may have a lot to deal with But it’s very annoying to have people try to make a situation feel like it’s your fault when that is your **** job I have to prep the ground Lay weed barrier Lay the rock Plant the trees All the heavy work & when we are sold garbage rock it undermines our work & creates a soil level between the top & whatever underlayment is put down & all of our hard work goes to **** All you have to do is slang rock Make sure it’s clean & if it’s dirty than go elsewhere Don’t just pass the buck which is all to popular these days.
