      They had the nerve to come at me out of the blue saying I missed a payment. First in march then changed it to back in 2010. Firstly, I would have never let a miss payment go on for years. Secondly, the payment come out automatically. Thirdly, I miss this month because I made changes and now I'm glad I did. The agent said why cancel your policy after tens years for a miss payment. Well, you can come with the same c*** 10 years from now saying the same thing. This company is not reliable. Do not do it!

      Best Company ever. They do what they say they are going to do and they answer the phone! They care about the consumer. When my love one passed away, I submitted the death cert and the check was mailed to me the next day. This company cares and the process was smooth.

      After faithfully paying for a $15,000 life insurance policy since 2016, a Lincoln Heritage representative called me this year (2024) to "update" my policy. The representative asked me several questions & then informed me that because of an answer I gave regarding my health, they could no longer continue to offer me the $15,000 policy! I would have to get a $6,000 & a $4,000 policy, so l reluctantly agreed to those terms & got those. After thinking about it for a few weeks & discussing it with my fiance, l decided to cancel it with Lincoln Heritage & look elsewhere. My reason for canceling was that when l first signed up l was told that l wouldn't be denied for health reasons (l consider being changed from $15,000 down to $6,000/$4,000 being just as bad as being denied!). All that they refunded me was $790.00 for all of the payments l made over the past 8 years! And in the process of waiting for my check to arrive, they had the gall to send me "lapse of payment" notices!! Can you honestly say you can trust a company that doesn't keep up with what is going on within their business? I have chosen not to.

      Unfortunately, Im writing this because my bank account was debited an unauthorized amount on Aug 2nd 2024, which put me in negative status and with me receiving 2 overdraft fees because the money that wasnt authorized was money for another bill. *** faxed my bank statement and still havent heard anything and my bank account is still negative. I cant seem to contact anyone except customer service which keeps telling me its being reviewed. This is exactly why Ill be making an official complaint with BBB and Ill be terminating my families policies!!

      I knew when I got my policy that it was the cheapest its ever going to be so I got the maximum coverage amounts I could afford. Sometimes I stress about paying my premium as my job doesnt have predictable pay. This month was one of those stressful months and I have to say, this is the one bill I make sure to pay no matter what. Today my premiums came out. In the midst of staring at a bank account balance with only $100 to spare, I smiled despite my bank account reflecting the struggles Im facing. This is the one thing that when I have to pay it I feel a sense of relief, and love for my family and this company. Thank you Lincoln Heritage for the commitment and 60 year track record of keeping these commitments, to making sure my family will not be impacted by the logistical and financial nightmares my death would cause them one day.

      Sales person called me told me he was in the neighborhood. Asked me if he could stop by I said yes. He showed up 3hrs later which suggests he was not in my neighborhood. I explaind to him that anything would have to be approved by my neice (who is in the insurance field ). My niece didn't approve. The premium was too high (***** for $*****). I immediately called *********************** to cancel the ins. They still took out ***** which cause me to have an insufficient funds. I nee my $92.92 back.

      I searched for life insurance policies within the last few days, and two men arrived at my house knocking loudly multiple times and yelling out my name loud enough for neighbors to hear. I was not present, but this was startling for my roommate to have two men unexpectedly arrive at our residence knocking loudly and yelling my name. She did not answer the door for safety reasons. They did not ring the doorbell at any time and left a "Delivery Notice". This is a borderline deceptive tactic as there is nothing that requires being "delivered" in person. Small print on the notice indicates it is time and date sensitive information about a funeral advantage program, which I have not requested any information about. My original visit to the website was to search for life insurance information and at no time did I request or desire an in-person visit.

      The agent showed up at my door unannounced saying I had filled out something online and then called me the next day when I know I never gave out my phone number. I think they are a bit rude and aggressive and because of that I will not be doing business with them because who wants to be tricked into buying anything. Just be honest about how you got my information I could respect them more.

      I've heard great things about this company over the years and have colleagues who have been long time customers. The **********************'s website is very informative and transparent as well. Compared to other companies out there I have researched,Lincoln Heritage seems to be one of the top tier companies in terms of customer service! I plan on recommending to my friends in need of coverage. They are very reputable when it comes to paying out their claims and taking care of their clients. Although I am not a senior, I like what they do in making the family is able cover the funeral costs especially when a lot companies can take several weeks to months to pay out on the claims. I also like what the **** does as well!
