      October of 2023, payment of over $5300 was made to Leslie's for a safety cover. It appears the order has somehow been lost! I sent a copy of the store receipt and bank statement to Leslie's ************** This, in order to prove that payment has, in fact, been made to Leslie's. Case number ******** has been opened and escalated to management. I've reached out to Leslie's too many times, and have yet to receive ANY updates. To be clear, I have no issue with the store employees. They're great, and very helpful. It's with the lack of attention at the corp office and their customer care that I have issues with. I can't begin to say how sorry I am even started this with Leslie's.

      Employees at our local store are great, but corporate/website is awful. They'll cancel your order on you, after using a "bait-and-switch" tactic with order online deals. Will also dump your earned "rewards" that you spent on the order they cancel.For the sake of local stores and employees, I wish it wasn't this way; but you're better off ordering on another platform/store.

      Just spent over $180 for a tech to come out to tell me that my pump was no longer under warranty. Mind you, this is the second pump I had bought within 3 years from this company when suggesting a repair he said it was going to be difficult and would have to be taken all apart and not any guarantee that he could fix it so best to get a new pump and installation would be over $2,000 . Once we knew it was out of warranty my husband went to try to fix it. Went to ********** and for a couple of bucks. Bought two wire plugs and the thing is working perfectly. He said it was so obvious that the guy should have seen that it was an easy repair. But was just trying to sell us a new pump. Either this guy didn't know how to fix it or was trying to just scam us into buying a new pump. Don't think this was worth over $188 for somebody that incompetent.

      In short they are incompetent morons. I would never use Leslies again, I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed through them for last week between 8-12 to come service my heater. They didnt show up and when I called at 12:30 to see what had happened they said the appointment was changed to 12-5. The problem was no one told me that and there was no confirmation and when I asked about it they tried to blame me. I have been using Leslies for about 4 years now to open, close, and service my pool equipment, never again. I would have considered to continue to use them if they didnt act like it was my fault that they changed my appointment. They are very unreliable and have proven that they cant even make and keep a simple appointment.

      The service will lie to you about time of turnaround. Not enough staff to do repairs. Kept my pool cleaner for 2 weeks and was told it would be a day. Had to pick it up and bring it to another shop.

      I have been waiting over a month for a refund of $200, they have the product but kept my money because I paid cash. I will be filing any complaint possible with this company and take them to court.

      I would not buy any product that has to be installed from ******. If theres any issue even within 92 days they cannot help you. They have a separate contractor to install the product. They push you over to the manufacturer to deal with any sort of warranties or help. Leslies policy stinks.

      Hello ***, We apologize for the frustration, this is most definitely not our intention. All products installed have a 90 day labor guarantee. If it is past that period, it would need to be processed as a warranty issue with Pentair. We do show a service call was made to come back and check the unit but it was cancelled by you with notes stating you fixed it yourself. If there is anything else we can assist with please let us know.

      Deal with ****** if you want to waste your time and money. They are a bunch of idiots.Despite the store sales *** being helpful and explaining the product and the pending sales, the company overall is a total waste. I stopped by the store and checked if they had a product (a pump) in stock. As soon as I confirmed they did, I went online and purchased it with the pick-up at the store option as there was an additional 10% discount on it. When I showed up the next day at the store, they asked me to wait until the pump was shipped from the warehouse.Three hours of phone calls did not resolve the situation. Those pumps in the store were not reserved, and the sales associate at the store was ready to release them as soon as approval was received.However, Leslie's online wanted to mail the pump and make me wait while my current pump died and I needed to ***lace it ASAP. I cancelled the order, wasted my time, paid extra for the technician, and am never coming back.

      NO HELP past their 30 days!I wasnt sure how much information I should include in my intimal correspondence so I was very brief and only let you know that the filter cartridges were damaged and hoped Leslies would replace them. Please review the additional information I am now providing. Once reviewed please get back to me and let me know if there is anything more you can do to resolve this issue. I received the shipment on Friday 5/31/2024. The box was tattered. I immediately took photos (see attached zip file of 14 photos) of the condition. You can see the ***** truck that delivered it in the background of the first photo.I did a visual inspection from the top of box, and it appeared things were displaced/disheveled and scuffed but nothing major. Since I was flying out of town the following Monday 6/3/2024 I decided to leave it in the box until I returned from my trip. concerned that if I started to install the new filter before my trip then found an issue that couldnt be resolved immediately my system would be down for days)/.Upon my return, I installed the new filter on Monday 6/10/2024. At that time, I took the filter unit out of the box, and opened the unit. I did take a picture of the top of the filter cartridge system, and everything looked fine. I did not take apart the filter cartridge system, so the bottom of the cartridges were never looked at.Everything seemed to be working just fine, I clean my pool weekly and didnt see any issues until +/- 6 cleaning. At that time when I was cleaning the pool (last Saturday 6/10/2024) I noticed that there was dirty water returning into the pool and jacuzzi. Seemed weird, even though the pressure meter on top of the filter did not indicate I needed to clean the filter (no PSI change from original clean filter PSI), I figured I should do so I could figure out what was up. That is when I discovered the damage to the bottom of the filter cartridges. I then reached out to your team to seeking your help.

      Subject: Follow-up on Missed Technician Appointment Dear Oviedo store I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent appointment for a technician visit. I called earlier to follow up on the appointment, and I was informed that the technician would arrive between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM today. Unfortunately, it is now 5:30 PM, and neither the technician nor anyone from the store has contacted me.Additionally, I have been on hold with your store for over 50 minutes now. Initially, someone picked up the phone and asked me to hold, but I have not received any further updates. During this time, I have overheard other customers coming in and out of the store, including their phone numbers and reasons for visiting. This lack of communication is quite concerning.Still waiting 6 days later for a manager to contact me regarding this issue
