    I had a Milgard Multi-sliding door ordered and installed by Redline Windows LLC. They came out measured twice, sent the order in. The whole ordeal took 3 months. The doors arrived for the install on the 14th of April. I can't say that I am too happy, although the door does work. It just has gaps, scratches, tears, sharp edges, etc. The screens were damaged, paint was scuffed on the door, the track and track glide was cut and trimmed in places it should not of been cut, and the door was as much as a half inch too short in height. So either the measure were off initially or the installers cut the frame. I can literately see daylight around the frame between the baseboard trim and the actual door. When I called, they sent someone out... he stated the glide track of the door was cut by the manufacture, not them, but I do not agree with this statement. ***** response was yeah, well, I have seen worse paint scratches, he said; the frame not fitting and being short by as much as 1/2 inch across the top was responded with a shoulder shrug and he stated, "we aren't taking out the door for that error." The screen was torn and the damage was not repaired, and I was told to wait a month but then it would take 2 weeks to get the screens repaired because time was a factor for *** to do the repair today. He said he would bring a can of paint to patch the scratches. He also pushed me to call the manufacture to place the blame game on each other. I ordered the door January 17, 22 and it was not manufactured until March 28, 2022, and the install date was on April 14th so the whole ordeal took a whopping 3 months. So, I have a damaged door and screens, functional but with damage; and apparently I need to higher someone to fix the issues with that 1/2 inch gap and have the baseboard lowered at the top of the door which is an added expense. If Redline can make this purchase right then I will come and adjust my feedback because for the most part they were pleasant.

    Venus ***** off, your experience to us the the most crucial part of being a RedLine Customer. There is no doubt there is frustrations in the way the door arrived from the manufacture. We are equally as disappointed but have already requested replacement parts from the Manufacture. We do not make this door, Milgard does. Once the door is installed it is our responsibility to make sure these parts are requested and replaced under warranty for no charge, which is exactly what is happening. From our phone call this morning 4/20/2022 I explained in further detail that while we are not thrilled with the way the door came in we can overcome and correct all these issues at no additional charge as previously discussed. The things RedLine can not control is the amount of time Milgard will take to produce said parts. I then provided you my personal cell as asked you to contact me anytime day or night if you have concerns over the coming weeks while the parts on order. I do not understand the need for a review as we have been in contact sense the door installed and never once told you this wasn't our problem to make sure you were fully satisfied.
