      I recently took my car in to have the Struts replaced as they are worn. During my visit I was encouraged to purchase pre-assembled struts because the shop did not have the equipment to compress the springs and it would cost more. Because we were replacing the struts, it was a good time to get a tune up and break replacement as the work to get the struts off would make these areas accessible and would save me money. Upon picking up my car, I was told that the struts ordered were the wrong ones and was charged for the other work. I had called earlier that day for an update and was not told about the struts at all. Furthermore, additional charges were added that were not discussed and I did not agree to. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and dismissive. She argued with me, talked over me, and took no accountability for the lack of communication and poor quality of service. Furthermore, she offered to split the cost of the services that I did not ask for. To which, I stated that I was looking to understand when the remainder of the work would be done and how I would be charged for the labor; as the work done was the additional work added and not the original reason I came in; to replace the struts. Her response was that I should find another shop for the remainder for the work. I requested to speak with the manager/owner and was told I would receive a call back; which never came. To top it off, the tire pressure light was on when my wife got home with the car and one of the tires measured at 14psi. This shop allowed a customer to drive off with car in worse condition that it came in, after charging $1,000 for add on work and not the agreed upon work. The decision to allow a customer to leave with a vehicle in such a dangerous state is a poor choice and as a result, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
