On July 16, 2021 I made a ** space reservation at Superstition Sunrise RV Resort, starting January 1, 2022 and ending April 1, 2022. I paid a $631.22 deposit on July 16, 2021, and a $780.00 supplemental payment on November 17, 2021. I sent a notice of cancellation on December 28, 2021.I have recently discovered the present closure and inoperability of the majority of the ** park amenities and facilities. Six independent reviews of the ** Park, which are provided as an attachment, were posted between October and December of 2021, and indicate the following:No access permitted to Main Clubhouse Organized activities either reduced or eliminated Swimming pools not heated, and have debris in the water ** site trash pickup discontinued ************* at ** sites is not safe to drink ******** system inoperable All laundry room dryers inoperable Dog park is not being maintained Trees and landscaping removed and not replaced The lack of available amenities and facilities of the ** park, as described on their website and monthly newsletter, negates my entire motivation for staying at this facility. While I note the park newsletter describes ongoing facility upgrades, it does not describe the deplorable conditions and lack of measurable progress documented in the six attached reviews.The lack of detailed status and minimal description of the ** park facilities, when viewed against the contents of their website, represents a deliberate misrepresentation of the condition of the facility. On this basis, I am requesting a full refund of my initial deposit of $631.22 dated July 16, 2021; and my subsequent payment of $780.00 dated November 17, 2021. While I understand the ** park standard terms and conditions do not allow a refund at this date, I believe that is the only appropriate solution, given the present condition of their facilities.I consider a full refund of $1411.22 to be the only reasonable and equitable solution.
