I was lied to by *******************************, she misrepresented many facts about herself, violated the medical privacy of other patients, financially exploited me, did no notice degenerative eye disease despite the many visits to her office, would rarely looked in my eyes when speaking, made excuses for her staff repeatedly-- disclosing their medical issues as reasons for their incompetence, and repeatedly invalidated my issues by then disclosing other patients diagnosis, to then exclaim other patients "bring her gifts". I was not aware that part of patient care was to shower the doctor with gifts. I did bring baked goods and expensive treats to her staff, but that apparently was to enough, as apparently I got substandard care as **************** also failed to give me the proper eyeglass Rx. and then found a way to blame me for the nausea, dizziness, double vision, and balance problems, including the severe sadness I was experiencing in the isolation of not being able to use my eyes, trapped unable to read and write, desperate. At worst I was lied to about insurance saying she was the only doctor who does give insurance (a lie) and one of only 7 doctors like her in the state. Her office is so chaotic, so even if you make an appointment first thing in the morning, the entire office is not there! They will leave you out in the heat. **************** could not remember my diagnosis of a serious diagnosis I will with, so she just made one up, could to remember when I got my TBI. When I complained about being financially exploited, one of her staff said, "but I Googled you!' to imply I could afford it. The most egregious is **************** turned her back on me in a life threatening medical situation, but first put actual red classed on me and offered me CBD and suggested I 'relax' instead of rendering medical aide. I could've dropped dead going into respiratory crisis. Her entire staff flowed suit. I stumbled out onto the street. A med person from a different office helped me.

My staff and I have always been courteous and efficient with ************** care. She has been throughly evaluated at my practice on several visits. The statement above has many misrepresentations. I have two voicemails saved from ************** if you care to hear them that will prove what she is claiming to be grossly inaccurate. As far as her life threatening situation, I personally went out to the waiting area when the staff alerted me that she appeared to be in distress. ************** refused my offer to call 911 for her. She took some medicine that she had on her person and stated that she just needed to sit for awhile and her ride was on their way. My receptionist asked her again if we can call 911 to help her. She again refused, stating that her ride was here and that she will just go wait outside. ************** became irate with my staff and myself on her last two visits with us when we could no longer give her personalized service every time she demanded it. She routinely spends over an hour and half at the practice just chatting with the staff and patients in the waiting room.
