This is a horrible company. They create their own rules so the can scam people legally and when u try to solve the issue by calling the office all you hear is Our team is very busy and will deal with your case when they have time which is never. Plushyhost needs to be shut down. They act as a "bot" shell company. Communication and response is canned and they will avoid resolving any issues. AirBnB should remove Plushyhost and person's affiliated with the company from using their platform.Review from Tumur

When we're trying to register with Airbnb.., someone called from Plushy Host and signed ** right away. We didn't know what we're getting into and luckily we terminated with them after couple of months.First, they don't pay you right away.., it took 2 months before you get paid. And your pay check was 46$ ot of 400 some dollars we received for this transaction. They have nobody to manage your property.., let the cleaners handle everything and that lady charged over 200$ even she just showed up to check the property.We're really really disappointed with this company!!!Customer Response

I have never been one to demand to speak to a supervisor. The kids (11,8, and 1) and I went to ******* last week for my baby brothers wedding. We booked a home through @Airbnb. It was with a host called Plushy. When we finally got there, the house smelled like mold, it was infested with roaches, there was dried food on the stools, half of the lights in the house didn't work, and there was copious amounts of hair in every bathroom drawer. The kids and I left after 90 minutes. I tried to resolve my issues with the host and asked for a refund. When I didn't receive a response from them, i escalated my issued with airbnb support. The first person i spoke to asaured me I would have a refund if the host didnt respond in 3 hours. The host GRACIOUSLY refunded $228 of my $1441.73 bill. I informed Airbnb support that was unacceptable and wanted a full refund. My 5th or 6th support person told me I had to accept that as my only resolution. Who in their right mind would let their children sleep in a house that filthy? I sure as h*** did not. I ended up staying with my mom that night, and was able to secure another home that was amazing. Airbnb support is supposed to help facilitate a positive experience. Not only will I never book with Airbnb again, but I will continue to escalate until I get a refund.1 star is too generous for these slumlords.Review from Crowsnest LLC (

I tried to work for Plushy Host as a a contractor. Payment was an immediate issue. The home I contracted to clean was filthy with a build up of pet dander and required a heavy and thorough dusting and scrubbing of everything: light fixtures, walls, open eves. Both the homeowner and Plushy Host refused to pay for the services provided. I am out $360 for 9 hours of services provided. The renters of the property deserve and are paying for a hygienic environment. THAT IS HOW I DO BUSINESS PLUSHY HOST. And I pay my BBB fees too! Glad I found out sooner rather than later this is a cracker jack ********* and probably why the vacation rental industry will decline. Proper care and cleanliness is expected for high fees. Transparency and integrity have nothing to do with being nice and everything to do with commitment. I am committed to providing integrity and that is measurable in every job I do. The overall execution of a management company is poor. I have to manage the management company. My house cleaners were taking the sheets I purchased (as Plushy directed) home. Why would house cleaners take yoir sheets home and swap them out with clean ones? Is this a community house? I have never heard of this in any air b b. The house has been disgusting when my friends, family, ex husband, and I have all arrived. We even have had 2 poor reviews for the home not being clean. Stains on the carpet, furniture, hair in drains, streaks, food left in refrigerator, amongst a hand full of other things. The staff are Profesional and kind. However these cleaners they hire to be the face of Plushy are horrible. I had an entire wardrobe in the maids closet with cosmetics and Arizona clothes. The cleaners threw it all away while "cleaning out the closet". I had misters for the outside area, alcohol, and clothes on hangers. No actual resolution from plushy... just noting one of my many complaints. Air ***** and the BBB all majority have bad reviews. I wish I was warned prior to hiring this company. The owner can reply to this and I would love some clarification on how they have done such a wonderful job.Review from John S

This company does not even deserve a one there a slum lord rental mentality company. Property is filled with black mold and possible lead paint and appliances falling out of the cabinet and water damage and you can smell the mold in the air as there is not ventilation system in this home mold spores are currently present and on top of the Black mold is highly toxic. Sadly the renter wanted a refund they wouldnt provide renter is a veteran that has served our country and wouldnt offer them a military discount and wanted to refuse this veterans service dog. This company treats veterans like scum predatory company!!!Review from Amanda R

I booked a rental throigh this host on VRBO. The property had several issues including roaches. The place was not well cleaned and they told me it was "subjective" to my interpretation of clean. The pool lights did not work. I paid an extra $200 to use the spa and couldn't use at night due to safety concerns with seeing where you were stepping. The dryer did not work and they advised it was "user error" except I have the same dryer at home. They refused to negotiate the cleaning fee to be reduced due to the dissatisfaction. Highly disappointed and would not recommend using plushy host ************************ company.
