    I was at the dealership with a family member for a recent purchase. My family has used this dealership multiple times over the years, so we thought it would be good to use them again. Well this time the experience was not very good. After the vehicle was purchased a defect was found 2 days later. The salesman was messaged with no response. So we decided to stop in and talk to them to make them aware of the issue. We were quickly dismissed by the salesman that the issue was a cosmetic issue ( driver side mirror did not function correctly) and that it was a used car and we were stuck with it. The salesman never even came outside to look at it and frankly did not care because they had another customer. The fact she did that is quite frustrating due to earlier in the week while sitting with her at her desk she looked at us and told us we are family because we have bought so many cars from them. But once she had that deal signed and money coming her way she quickly disregarded us. We came back and asked to see someone else in charge and they sent over the service manager. He again told us that it is a used vehicle and that because we got such so much money off the vehicle that he cannot do anything about. The so much money off was $800 of their internet price. He then began to tell me that when they inspect vehicles that if they find issues that they deem not required to be fixed, they will not fix them. I asked if you disclose those known discrepancies to the buyer and he gave me a blank stare. He quickly tried to backtrack and the said we will diagnose the issue for free but wont fix it. The issue halfway resolved itself. The mirror now works but still does not function fully and most likely will need to be replaced in the near future. The funny thing I noticed while leaving the dealership is they have a BBB sign by the door saying they are accredited but the BBB site says they are not accredited and have a C- minus rating.
