Haralson tire pros does not stand behind their work. They have put my truck in a undrivable state. I bought new tires and had the front-end alignment done. I asked them to go through the front end to check for any worn or bad parts and to check the air conditioning. After $2300 they said the truck was ready to go. I don't drive that truck much, so I didn't notice the problems until later.After only **** miles on the tires the front tires were no good. (Note I took the truck to *** * ***** to have them rotated because i noticed they were wearing on the outside of both front tires. *** * said the tires were no good and the front end needed $1600 of work. so, I told tire pros about big o's assessment.} I took the truck back to tire pros and they said they would take care of me. They also admitted to having their alignment machine calibrated because it was out of calibration. I told them I had no money to put into this. They called me and said the truck was ready and gave me a quote for $2400 for the front end. I told him I can't do anything right now. Tire pros then said you only owe us $350 for the two front tires. I said I thought you were going to take care of me I told you I didn't have money to put into this and besides it's your fault the tires are bad. Tire pros said the tires were bad because the front-end problems. I told them i can't pay anything for the tires, so they took the tires off and put the bad ones back on and didn't even give me any paperwork for the job. This was the second bad experience with tire pros. The first they worked on my **** and did work that was not required and again over charged me for their sloppy work. unfortunately, I had both trucks being worked on at the same time and was unaware of their bad business practices. I would give no stars if possible. I'm guessing there have been many bad alignments done before they fixed their machine. contact me this may be a class action suit.
