I took my 2017 Chrysler 300 in on May 25th it took over a month for them to work on it and they did not keep contact with me to let me know what was going on. When I got my car back I looked in the glove box and noticed my vehicle user guide was missing ****** paid me the $20 I had to purchase a new guide but technically I had to buy two of them to combine what I had in the original guide that came with my car the collision place did not take responsibility one employee did and paid out of pocket they were not going to find who took my booklet that belongs with the vehicle they told me that I signed an agreement that any personal property that was left in the vehicle was not their responsibility my argument is that guide booklet belongs with the car I bought it with the car if I was to sell my car it goes with the car to the next owner this was in the month of August. I don't go in my center console much but I know that when I gave my vehicle to Chapman collision to make repairs in the center console there is a tray that belongs with the car that I purchased with the car where you put your coins or little items in the center console today is September 9th to 2022 I look in my sender console because I'm looking for something I lost come to find out that centerpiece in my console that **** is missing I want it back. That is not a personal item that belongs with the car I have had too many problems with this company in the last 2 months I want my resolve.
