      On Feb 8, 2023 (Order Numbers: ******** and ********, see unploaded documents), I purchased 4 tickets for a concert at ****************** to be held on Aug. 27, 2023. I paid ****** USD for the tickets.As written on the order summaries, the only information given about the tickets says (quote): ***************************************************************** Entry Tickets. Must have smart device on hand to enter event.Get it by 7/27/2023 The seller has not yet received your tickets, but youll get them before the event. When the seller receives your tickets, they'll be delivered in the manner you select", I did not receive any ticket nor any message at all on my e-mail adress nor on my phone number and I was not given any information or seller's contact details. All that was said is that I would get the tickets "by 7/27/2023". Because I did not get the tickets and we were already in the ***, on 7/28/2023, in the morning we tried to get in touch with the Hlywd. Bowl and we sent several desperate emails, to Consumer Approved and to other companies) to try to find our tickets. I went to present, in person, our order summaries at the Holywd ******************* We were told that those were not valid and that either we had purchased them from a third party either it might be a scam that we should report. Having travelled from ***** to attend the concert, we decided to buy 4 tickets, directly at ******************.Once we had our new tickets, we got a reply email (see attached file) from tickectsonline saying that they had sent me several communications, which I never received.Thank you very much for your help,

      I purchased 3 tickets for a ********* Guardians baseball game on 8/3/22 for a total of ******. The game was scheduled for 8/15/22. No tickets were ever sent. Although a refund was 'approved' I haven't received a refund at this date. I presume that this 'business' is simply a scam and I've donated my hard earned money to it.

      On 8/18/22 I bought tickets for *************** and **** **** through cityticketsonline.org. I bought two tickets in Section B10 Row 23 for $367 each, with a service charge of $237.49, and taxes of $83.55. The total of ******* was charged to my **** card. The order number is ********. I received Tickets in Section B12 Row 20 Seats 6&7. The tickets I received were offered on their site for $160. The view is clearly inferior, and I had chosen to pay up for better seats.I have written a number of emails, but all of the replies state the tickets have the same value and they have the right to send me these tickets. I have called, but the process is laborious. I waited for half an hour then they offer to call back within 48 hours. If I miss the call, I have to start over. The phone calls also go nowhere, but I did receive an offer to receive 50% back on the service fee.I have asked several times and been deigned, but all I wanted was either the tickets I ordered or a 50% refund on my credit card. As far as I am concerned this is a bait and switch and they got me for roughly $600

      On Mar4, 2020, I ordered 2 tickets for the ******************* Concert, order #********. Total amount paid was $202.45. This concert was supposed to take place on May16, 2020. On Mar30, 2020, I received an email stating that this event has been postponed TBD. Then on July27, 2020, I received an email stating that this event has been rescheduled to June8, 2021. On Feb15, 2021, I emailed CITYTICKETSONLINE.org and informed them that my wife and I would not be attending this event because we are over age 65 with health issues and we are considered high risk for catching the Covid-19 Virus. I also informed them to refund us our money at their earliest convenience. On April13, 2021, I emailed Ticketmaster also and informed them the same. Then on July7, 2021, CityTicketsonline emailed me to say that the event has been rescheduled again for June5, 2022. On May12, 2022, I phone called CityTicketsonline and left a message. On May13, 2022, ***** from CityTicketsonline called me back and after I explained to him our situation and asked for a refund, he told me that all sales are final. Do I have any grounds due to the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic for my case?

      I purchased tickets from this company in the amount of $1500. They were supposed to be delivered 7/11 for an event on 7/12. Fed ex had the tickets in the hub near my house but the package was marked delivery on 7/12 which would be too late. I asked to pick them up and was informed by fed ex that they were given instructions not to allow pick up. I was already suspicious about the late delivery but now Im sure this was done on purpose. The attempt to deliver at 2 pm on 7/12 would have never worked as the event was out of town. After speaking to the company they attempted to place the blame on fed ex. After reading numerous reviews it appears as though this happens often with this company. My attempt to purchase the tickets to begin with was through the venue itself. Somehow my purchase was redirected to this company. They will not accept responsibility. I believe the tickets were fake to begin with. The tickets were originally purchased in 2019 for an event to be in 2020. Due to Covid the event was postponed until 2021. In 2021 the event was postponed again until 2022. No refund was offered. The event was held 7/12/22. The attempt to deliver on 7/12 was purposely done knowing it was too late. If the tickets were valid I should have been able to pick up on 7/11.

      On 12/8/19 I paid $1,504.32 for 2 tickets for an event to be held summer 2020. Due to Covid the event was postponed. I never received tickets. Event was rescheduled to summer 2021, and again postponed due to Covid. Again tickets not received. The event is now scheduled for 7/12/22 and I still have not received tickets.       i purchased concert ticket around 10/19 for a 4/20 concert. The concert has been postponed several times due to COVID. I was told all sales are final. There were alot of complaints about refunds not being made at the time of the original postponement and read an article where refunds were being given. I wrote the company and they told me again all sales final and to sell my tickets. *ast forward 2 years and i am not able to go nor able to sell my tickets and i am out quite a bit of money that they have had for almost 3 years...... I want a refund. COVID was an extraordinary time which called for extraordinary measures and this company doesnt wont budge. I wish I wouldve seen the * rating before I bought.

      I ordered tickets from Cityticketsonline.org on 3/7/22 for an Earth, Wind and Fire Concert on April 23 at the ******************* in **************. Purchased on a **** card. TIcket order # ********. Cityticketsonline.org's first email arrived shortly after with instructions on how to get my tickets. In that email were explicit instructions NOT to authorize a ticket release from a third party that I did not recognized. I received just that - a subsequent email from a third party only identified as "*****" with "Live Nation" instructing on how to release the tickets, set up a separate account with password etc. I IMMEDIATELY SUSPECTED FRAUD, and notified Cityticketsonline.org via their "ticket tracker" of this third party notification. I received no correspondence from them, and filed a dispute with my University Federal Credit Union ****. I never heard back from Citytickets and redirected my complaint and request for a refund to their customer service email. I finally got an email from a "****** S" saying Citytickets couldn't help me unless I retracted my "chargeback" or dispute with ***** I retracted the dispute, and have tried to reach Citytickets several times via email and phone. The customer service wait time the first time I called was over an hour. No one answered. I requested a callback, and they did at 7:00 a.m a couple days later. It is clear CItytickets has no plans to help me with my refund request. I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE RELEASE OF THE TICKETS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM. I want a refund, and have stated that to them via every correspondence. Thank you,*************************** ************ ******************

      *********************** ************** ********************************************************************* http://cityticketsonline.org/ Order ******** Dated April 10, 2022 2:15 PM 6 event tickets My son told me about an upcoming event he wanted to attend ********************************* on Aug 20th at 8:30 PM at the *******************. I ****** ******************* and this website came up showing ******************* tickets. It listed ********* **** and ad all the ***** events listed, so I thought I was on the *******************/***************** website. I purchased 6 tickets,the website said ticket were 100% guaranteed. After I purchased the tickets, I received 2 emails at 2:16 PM (within a minute of placing my order) The 2nd email providing a summary of my purchase. This is when I noticed it talked about " this listing describes tickets that the seller does not own or may not know the exact location of the seats, but is offering to obtain for you." which let me know I had not bought my tickets directly from *****. I immediately try to call citytickets but was on hold...I sent an email at 2:23 PM telling them to cancel my order. Immediately at 2:24 PM I received an email stating all sales were final. I then tried to do a live chat. The customer service rep said no refunds all sales are final and I would need to work with the insurance company to get a refund. I called **************** telling them about the bait and switch fraudulent business practice. I understand if too much time passed i.e. hours, days, or weeks, and I negatively impacted their ability to sell these tickets. I attempted to cancel this order within minutes. Minutes once I realized citytickets had misrepresented itself as the venue of the event. They have over four months to resale these tickets. I have sent several emails telling them I do not want my credit card charge, to cancel my order, and that I would be contacting the BBB and the state attorney general about their unethical and potentially illegal business practices.
