We purchased and paid for ***************** tickets on our ***************** the vent was postponed, we never got our tickets for the original event which was scheduled for August 7, 2021 at ***********, ****** **. I have an email from them on August 23, 2020 saying the tickets will ship by July 31st 2021, On June 02, 2021, they sent an email, saying the event was postponed. Now the event has been rescheduled and they are saying, they shipped the original event tickets and to use them. We never got the tickets! Our order number is ********. I can scan copies of emails if needed and send to you.Initial Complaint

Ordered tickets from cityticketsonline 12/8/2021 to the ***************** Game. I also purchased airline tickets. I received an email on 2/8/2022 indicating the tickets were ready. When I clicked on the link to claim tickets, it took me to Ticketmaster. I selected claim tickets and nothing happened. I have called repeatedly to Ticketmaster and cityticketsonline and tried days on days. Ive sent countless emails. All with the routine answer well someone claimed the transferred tickets we are sorry but we cant help you. I finally got someone on the phone and the same story. They wont refund my money, I dont have the transferred tickets and I am out ***** in airline tickets. I finally got someone on the phone today and she checked Ticketmaster account, and now *** account and verified the tickets were claimed by someone and it wasnt me but they wont refund my money!!!!!Initial Complaint

In August 2021, using my **** credit card, I purchased tickets to RiverDance playing at the **************** in ****, **. The show was scheduled for February 12, 2022. On January 7, 2022, I received an email indicating that the show had been rescheduled for May 6, 2023. That's NEXT YEAR. I do not want to wait OVER A YEAR to see the program. I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the **************** or at cityticketsonline.org. I filed a dispute with my credit card (the amount is $399.53) but they are unable to help me because the charge was made in August and that falls outside their timeframe mandated by Federal Law.
