Hi All,Per our contract these cabinets were supposed to be done in December of 2023. The cabinets are still not completed. I have already voiced my concerns over this process multiple times to multiple people. The most recent frustrating things that have happened are listed below. Multiple cabinets were drilled on the wrong side and damaged. 3 of those cabinets were brought to our attention. 1 was not. *** found it. Your installers never mentioned to it to us and if we would not have found it, the damage cabinet would not have been addressed. About a month ago an installer came out to complete the installation of the 3 cabinets. Instead of letting him complete the work, Miki yelled at him, made him pack up his items and leave without completing the work. Yesterday *** and I both got calls from Miki stating that they were in town and wanted to install the new cabinet doors. No heads up, no scheduling, just a call that they were in town. *** and I both work full time and are extremely busy. We cant just drop everything to be at the house because of your companys poor planning. Everything about this process and been unprofessional and we are done. At this point we are considering engaging an attorney for breach of contract.I dont want anymore phone calls where your companys representative becomes yes men and tell us what they think we want to hear and then never follow through.We need to be compensated for the amount of time this has taken to be completed and for the absolute circus that we have been in since October. Come up with a plan on how this will be remedied and then schedule a meeting with *** and I to present it to us.
