            Bought 2 ebikes with the promise of free battery. July 3rd and July 26. Sent in copy of purchase receipt with serial number for both bikes. Said it could take up to 8 weeks to receive. After 8 weeks no batteries. Contacted them and they said something was wrong with serial number. Resent receipt . No answer back. Text them a couple more times. No answer. Called yesterday Oct 28. 2924. They found my order but said something was in the wrong place and I would have to resubmit my request for the free batteries. Did send again. Now they are telling me that it has been denied because you only have *************************************************** 30 days I didn't know I wasn't going to get my batteries since I was told it could take 8;weeks. So no batteries. So I spent $1000 extra for bike for nothing.

            This company is liars and scammers.We purchase an aventon abound with free battery promotion. After two months of purchase we have not recieved promotion battery from aventon. We ended up filing a dispute with the card and Aventon sent an email to us saying battery is delivered to defend their dispute case. The funny thing is they did not actually sent anything. Just and email lying they sent it. They can't even provide a tracking number. I have a camera in front of my house monitored 24/7 which will be provided to my dispute case. Do not do business with these guys.
