I have been building computers since 2008. Most of the products I used was Cooler Master. I purchased a C700P case black Edition in 5/2020. On 1/10/22 I started an *** because the case Led stopped working and the hub wasn't working. The only fan working was the output which was connected to the **** motherboard. Well I waited and waited and also summited a ticket to try and get parts. My computer was down which upset me even more.I have been in the verification phase since 1/11/2022. I uploaded pictures showing fans and lightening not working. Still no response. On 2/2/2022 I ordered the I/O panel and led fan hub from the ** store. It cost me $131.39 to get these parts from the **. Costly but I purchased and received them without any problem. When I received them, I took the old parts out and noted during manufacturing the s**** to attach I/O panel to case was placed right through the wire that controls fan and Led lightening. Also this wire leads out to the led fan hub where also attached. I ordered parts and paid more to get this expensive case back up and running. The *** hasn't responded and still in verification phase. I received a letter on site stating closure of my case for getting parts. They stated getting parts from over seas was like pulling teeth and closed the case for parts and stated ***. This company has a horrible *** and replacement for parts under warranty. I'll never buy another Cooler Master product . I had to put 1 star.
