      Purchased product online 11/10/2022 Order # HG3299-10399 Item # **** OB-CL-MWPX1. Payment ****** was taken out of my account at the time of order. Told the item would be delayed which I agreed to wait. Throughout 2023 when I inquired on order I was told there was a delay of the container at the port and a new ETA was provided. After a year of not receiving a product, I cancelled my order on 11/14/2023 and was given an order cancellation confirmation # **HKS209K. Told my refund would be issued within 5--7 business days. I have not received a refund nor a product . Initially emails said they were checking on my account. Now I cannot even contact them. Company email and the phone # are not working. Unable to contact the company. Peazz.com ********************* return support ************

      I purchased a light from *************** on 3/3/23 for $421.60. They kept saying there were shipping delays. I asked for a refund, but they instead promised it would be delivered by May 30th. When it wasn't delivered, I again asked for a refund. I recieved an email stating that my request fir a refund was sent to the business office. No refund was ever issued.No phone calls are ever answered, and no refunds are given. My credit card company refused to credit me as it fell outside of the guideline of issuing a refund.This is shear fraud on this companies behalf. I need to be reimbursed $421.60 from this company.

      Date: 03-11-22 Amount: $118.62 Order Number: HG3299-4499 Item Description: ********************* Metal Mannequin Stand (60"H, 16"W 1)After purchasing this item March 11. 2022 on 03-21-22 I was unable to follow the tracking information and contacted the company at: ********************** Their response was it was in back order and I was given a new expected arrival date. With each new date I would follow-up within a few days and given another expected date. Now when trying to go to HomeGoodsCenter.com site it redirects to a new company.The extension of a new arrival date continued until November 2023. When I was informed my order was cancelled with no mention of refund. My reply of course was immediate, questioning when I could expect the refund and I have had no replies from this person (****************) since, nor a reimbursement of monies paid for this item into my account. I do have each email received/sent and a copy of the money debited from my account if required. As you can see on the left of the attached emails ALL the dates we corresponded.Unfortunately due to the sentimental and emotional attachment I felt for this item I understand now that I allowed this situation to go on far too long. Although I tried to be patient because we were coming out of the Covid 19 situation and I knew that a lot of merchandise was backlogged.I thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.       I bought 2 cameras for $318.02 and instead of shipping them out, they kept moving back the delivery date every time I emailed them, saying that it was out of stock and that it was just about to arrive at the port and the order would be sent soon. But it never happened. I eventually asked for a cancelation and refund, which they agreed to in email. But I didn't realize until much later that they never sent the refund. Upon realizing this, I emailed customer service and never got a refund. They just stopped responding to me. By the time I realized I never got the refund (even though they said it would be sent), it was too late to file a credit card chargeback. This is fraud.

      We ordered on 10/20/22 Safco 3009TS ************* Portfolio for 30x42 Documents (Qty.5) for $236.87 charged to our credit card. We never received the product and found out later the manufacture stopped making them and Peazz Home Goods continued to say it was on the way and sitting on a boat waiting to be delivered. They stopped answering our calls and emails. We asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. They cancelled it on 6/23/23 we still do not have a refund. The order number is HG3299-10122. Confirmation # FNLGZIINJ. I have loaded all emails back and forth. We feel this company has been misleading the consumer for years and taking their money. We hope to get the refund and make the public aware.

      Business process the credit card transaction for a cart and never sent the product. The customer service number is not set up to receive phone calls and there is no responses to any inquiry on the order. I do not believe this website is real.

      04/25/2023 Ordered bed frame. Inquired a few weeks later as to the status. I was informed it was delayed. A few more weeks passed. I canceled my order. Ive been inquiring ever since. The customer service number hangs up on you when using the prompt to inquire. Credit card company was contacted, unfortunately its passed the window allowed to open a case. Im out $906.85.       Date of transaction January 2, 2023. Ordered two ********* vacuums for total of $328.50. I waited until May, but nothing was being shipped or delivered, so emailed to cancel my order. Got cancelation response, but have not received refund yet.

      I placed two separate orders on-line (receipts attached). The orders never shipped. I communicated with ***************** e-mail at *************** once I realized the delay in shipping. He assured me that my products would ship multiply times (I can also provide the e-mail correspondence). Finally after a year of delays, I requested that my order be cancelled and the amounts be refunded to my credit card. The company cancelled my order but never refunded any funds. Their customer service phone number disconnects every time I call and they have ceased all e-mail correspondence. I am unable to dispute this with my credit card because it went beyond Visas 60 day window of allowable time to dispute a transaction (even though I wasnt aware of the issue yet in the initial 60 days). **** of America can confirm no refunds were issued. This company engages in fraudulent business practices. My order #s are HG3299-4624 in the amount of $176.71 date 03/21/22 and HG3299-3795 in the amount of $353.42 date 01/23/22. I will gladly forward e-mail correspondence but there are too many to attach here.
