              Date of Transaction March 3, 2022. Amount $310.20 Online purchase to Home Goods Center. Their parent company is Peazz. Order Number ******-****. Company committed to ship Uttermost Sherise Oval Mirror- Brushed Nickel. Received only a purchase conformation. Item was listed as in stock and ships quickly when I ordered it. However, no promise of an expected delivery date. After waiting 3 weeks I began to call them for a shipping status update. They did not respond to any inquires... phone calls, emails, voicemails, email directly to the manager, and no one answers the chat line.. I have no information as to when I'll receive my item or even if its ever going to be shipped. Due to the lack of response, customer service and length of time. I decided it would in my best interest to cancel this order, before shipment. I summitted 2 emails requesting to cancel this order. And I have not received an email cancel conformation. I contacted my credit card company an initiated a dispute claim. This company is horrible. It seems like a downright Scam. To get your money and not deliver the merchandise or provided refunds. I can't believe something hasn't been done. And why are they still allowed to be in business? I'm also filing a Online Consumers Fraud claim with my State Attorney General's Office. And I will post to worn others.

              Ordered a ******* Style Iris Table Lamp from Home Goods Center. ******* Style Iris Table Lamp by Warehouse of ******* 2380+BB664 x 1. Lamp $ 124.50 plus Taxes State $ 9.65 Total $ 134.15. Charge placed 1/16/2022. Will not respond and cant locate much on them
