I purchased an automotive lighting product and immediately upon install there were issue with the product. I contacted them about 2-3 weeks when the light was installed and notice the functioning of the automotive light was not in line with what they advertised. The faulty ** immediately messged them about and we began communication in order to solve the issue. Ultimately the light was deemed faulty. Throughout the communication with them them I was asked unrelated questions, repeated questions and response was slow and general, hardly address my need for a new light. This issue was well within their own stated warranty period and they were very aware. Because their lack of real communication or problem solving i.e. customer service after a 60 day period I was then told the item was "out of their warranty period" This was a few sentences message made no reference either to my prior attempt to remedy the issue of their product failure. They were uncaring regardless that I had been trying to resolve it many weeks prior. A representative named ***** who had received my messages prior about the issue sent this email to me. This is one agent whom I had been in communication for for weeks. It was solely on them as a large and supposedly "respectable" company to just replace the faulty lighting from the onset of all the issues not to "troubleshoot" an obvious defective product. It was tactless to keep me from the initial occurrence in nonsense messaging while knowing well they never intended to replace the item. NEVER trust a company with this level or poor and unresponsive service also a red flag offering a 60days warranty on a $600 item! Worst experience on the **** platform buying a "Brand New" item in my 22+ years on that site. It is extremely shameful the way they handled this situation, conduct business and have inadequate representative to help good paying customers. Injury to insult is when you consider the amount of items they sell, Bad Business 100%
