I had used this company for a couple of years and had no problem with the **** This year was completely different. I sent everything through emails since I have moved to another state. Then sent the payment by check in the mail because I do not use Venmo or Zelle. It was mailed a week ago. I had handed the letter directly to the mail person. I was then forced to open a Venmo account to pay for these services and contacted my bank to cancel the check. Here are the last three correspondence emails that are copied and pasted directly to this review;FROM MY CPA:"I guess that check went to Kumbaya, because it certainly hasnt arrived here in **********.Its now Friday evening and I still havent received it. The deadline is Monday to file. We dont e-file until were paid.If I have to take a credit card number over the phone I will have to charge you an extra $35 to do it. I dont want to, but thats what Im charged to take a transaction over the telephone.Sure hope that check appears tomorrow."MY RESPONSE:"I feel your emails have become unprofessional. I have no control over the post office. I sent the check a week ago.Since I had no other choice, I opened a Venmo account for this transaction. I was charged a fee anyway. This will conclude any further business I have with you."FROM THE CPA:"Next time, don't lie about sending money. I work with my clients all the time to pay on installments as their schedule permits. They respect us and our services.Your file has been in a constant state of delay this year and I'm glad to be done with it. Good luck in WA."I have never been treated so horribly by a business. I made a huge mistake by letting him do my taxes one more time.
