              I over paid the balance of my loan by $266 on September 25 2022. They have still not sent me a refund for the $266 they owe me and its February 1 2023. I just called to complain again and was told they were working on it. I believe they are just using my money for their own gain and dont really want to pay me what they owe me.

              I decided to sell my brand new 2024 Yamaha WaveRunner to a personal friend went to his ************ ************************* that is they financed it cut a check and sent it in to Yamaha. you think that would be the end of this transaction not a chance what happened was Eight days later after I called in for a 10 day payoff 10 days prior they still have no idea where the money is. I have a copy of the canceled check that was cashed eight days ago still no one knows anything. They did apologize about ***************************************** off to apologize and paraphrase back my displeasure of not being able to find the payoff they still dont know their request was that I get a copy of the canceled check from ****** to prove that I paid it off the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life. Theyre messing with $18,000 of my money , dont ever use this place if they offer you Yamaha financing get your own whatever rate they offer you isnt worth it
