I went to this organization under the impression that they provide legal help and they have an A+ rating with the BBB as their website claims. ********************************************************************** Not so. ************************* is a paralegal who met me and promised to produce all of the products that I would need for a Revokable Living Trust, Will, and Transfer of Deed for my small property into the Trust. She charged $599 to my credit card. I filled out their questionnaire and returned it. Nearly two months later, with no further communications or meetings, despite numerous calls and expectations that they would ask me more questions, they scheduled a signing. I asked for a preliminary copy for reading and review at least three days before the signing date. ********, who is the only person who answered calls, said they don't do that. On 4/21/23 I was presented with a hard copy document and asked to sign it immediately without reading it. A notary and two witnesses, including ***** were present. I explained several times I needed to read it. I was accused by ***** of being "aggressive" when I repeated the same request to read the document first before signing it. I was informed if I needed changes, they would need to get the lawyer involved and that would cost me another $200. I never saw a lawyer and to the best of my knowledge, no lawyer reviewed my documents.I finally got ***** and the notary to agree to 30 minutes alone to read it. I realized that the beneficiaries listed were pure fiction, straight out of the ********** Probate law for individuals who die without a will. That was NOT what I requested. I wanted to leave it to my daughter-in-law and some others, after my sons. This document was worthless to me and not what I requested. ***** said I couldn't edit it because the software that created it would not allow that. I would have to pay for the lawyer.I requested a refund. My credit card company will be speaking with them.
