I ordered an anxiety ring December 8, 2021, order #******. It shipped from *****, I believe, and arrived in the US December 27, 2021 according to tracking information. The Venani website does give you an estimated time frame for delivery. For several weeks I would track the order but the status never changed from the item arriving in the US. I sent three emails between December 27, 2021 and January 30, 2022. I was asking for assistance in tracking the item. I also requested a full refund if the order could not be found. I wanted to place an order from another company whose warehouse was in the states. They responded to that email February 5, 2022. They asked for my patience stating that they were a small company. They gave me tracking links to utilize but they were of no use. They also said after 30 days they would ship a new ring. At that time it had already been over 30 days. February 6 I sent a follow up email asking that they ship a replacement ring and to expedite if possible. I also asked for the tracking information. After a few emails back and forth to confirm my address they emailed me February 19 to say they shipped out a new ring and I could track it after 48 hours. I did not receive a purchase email until February 27, 2022. I could not tell if shipping was expedited. According to the email, standard shipping time international was 15-21 business days. Based on that estimate the ring should have arrived by the end of March or early April. The new order # was ******. The order arrived in the US March 15, 2022. As of today, the order has been in transit for 117 days. I sent a follow up email on March 31 because it had been over 30 days since my order shipped. They responded on April 6 to say the order should arrive by April 13. The order never arrived. I sent an email June 7 requesting a refund. June 12 I received an email that it was delayed but still coming. June 22, 2022 they sent an email stating the order had been escalated to the Fulfillment Ctr Mgr.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase online on Feb 01, 2022, for (2) hug rings from Venani with information of *********** out of California. I never received the merchandise, and upon contacting their customer service by email at******************, they continued to give me the runaround that the item was being delayed, then I emailed again and was told they were going to send another one, and I never received it. As of a week ago, I still don't get any resolution to it. I believe the total amount was around $54.00 Any assistance is appreciated. *************Initial Complaint

I ordered a ring on December 9th, 2021. I placed numerous email to this company. Up until today April 9, 2022. This company has not given me the ring i ordered nor my full refund of $29.17. I filed a dispute with ***** the card that I used and they are trying to get in contact with this company. I want my full refund back.Business response

On January 13 2022 I purchased jewelry from ******. I purchased a ring ($24.95). At check out I got an offer to add a second ring for a discounted price, so I added the second ring ($17.47). I also paid for express shipping. According to their website express shipping in the USA is between 4-7 Business days. For international shipping Express delivery is between 10-15 days. I live in the United States so since I paid for express shipping I expected my order to arrive within 4-7 business days, or shortly after. Today is Feb 22, 2022. It's been 45 days since I placed my order. I have contacted ****** several times via email because they have no phone number advertised. The last time I contacted them they told me my package was delayed and the the new delivery date was on or before February 18 2022. February 18 has come and gone. I still have not received my order. I requested they issue me a refund immediately and they denied my request and asked that I be patient. This is robbery. They charged my card already and never provided me my items that I paid for. I purchased a ring on December 13, 2021 from the company Venani. I waited until after Christmas to reach out on January 5th. They simply stated that it was still in transit and not to worry. Then I reached out on February 5th and they stated they couldn't refund my money and they would send a new ring. It's almost March and I haven't received the ring or refund. It was $25 dollars, the money isn't really the problem but it's sad that a company would not care this much.Business response

Transaction date 12-19-2021 Total 79.91 I had ordered 4 anxiety rings. It has been 2 months since the order was placed and after multiple attempts to reach out to find out when I would receive my items or if they were able to just refund me due to the long period of time it was taking to receive them the issue still has not been resolved. The business told me to wait 30 days if I had not received the rings, they would reship them which they have also failed to do this as well. I placed an order on December 18, 2021 and received an email with a shipping notification. The last update on the shipping was that it "arrived at US facility" on January 9, 2022. Since then I have not received anymore updates on shipping and I have not received my order. I sent an email to the customer service on their website and received an email that said they got my message and would respond soon. However, I have since then not heard from them. I purchased 2 rings on December 14. Paid a total of $52.35 which included Express shipping. I received a confirmation email immediately afterwards saying to expect my order in 4-7 business days. On 12/26 I emailed asking for information on my order which I haven't received. On 12/29 I got a response stating a refund can't be issued and that my order will arrive to me by the 6th. I still have yet to receive my order. I sent another email on January 6 and then again on January 11. I have had no response.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from this company on November 30th. The money was taken from my account and order confirmed. Since then I have not received my order or replies to any emails sent. The company uses **** App to track package in which I downloaded. It shows my order but nothing to which my order is being shipped. It is now December 21st and there are no replies to my demands for a refund. This company has POOR response to customer needs.Business response
