I went to this car wash this morning and they had a influx of cars. Probably too many, compared to staff being able to clean the cars. When the car finishes going through the wash I noticed my car was at the end with the hood open. I walked over and they told me my battery had died and they needed to start it. To my surprise because my car isn't that old of a car, but I thought maybe the battery was dead. They used this small device to start the battery. So stressed about my battery being dead and I also needed to pick up my daughter from school in a little bit. I stopped the guy from cleaning the car. So I could go to auto zone to have my battery changed. I tipped the staff member $10 because I didn't think it was his fault my battery was malfunctioning. To my surprise at Auto Zone they tested the battery and my battery was good. The auto zone employee told me that at car washes if they leave the doors open for too long with the car on it will drain the battery quickly. Which made sense with all the buildup of cars they had. I then called the car wash to request a refund i had paid $32.99?!?! For a car wash I didn't receive. I spoke to the assistant manager and he told me he couldn't give me a refund only a free car wash and admitted that his employee must have made and error with your car and not turn it off and left it running. But he was admitted he couldn't give me a refund. I then asked to speak to the manager IGNACIO first off so RUDE. He said he couldn't give me a refund because his machine couldn't do it only another wash. Of which I told him I didn't feel comfortable taking my car to that car wash. He said this happens all the time at car washes. He admitted was employee fault. He finally rudely said " Do whatever you want I am busy right now" DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COST THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR BATTERY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
