Consumers have generally alleged that their projects are not completed, the company takes almost full payment for projects that are not completed, their projects are significantly delayed beyond their promised completion dates, and/or the company has failed to pay its sub-contractors resulting in liens being placed on their houses.

            BBB wrote to the company on July 23rd and July 30th, 2024 requesting an explanation for the allegations. As of today's date the company has not responded.

            I signed a contract with Anchored Tiny Homes November 2022 for building of an ADU. To date I have paid approximately $39k towards this project. I have the permit and plans but no work and no work plan has been communicated to me since issuance of permit on 4/4/24. The company is in breach of their own contract which states they will begin construction 90 from issuance of permit. Moreover, *** sent multiple correspondences to the company with no response and now my email has been blocked. Very unprofessional and disturbing behaviour for a company who is holding $39k of my money. Requesting refund of money so that I can pursue my project with a contractor that can complete the project. I submitted initial complaint on license and will follow up with a certified demand letter now that Anchored has deemed any mediation an impossibility. Its very unfortunate they seem to be choosing a path towards litigation.

            I paid them as required, the company did not pay subcontractors. The company has not done anything except for the design and me paying for the permits. Nothing was done. I made numerous phone no response from anyone for over a month. I was not aware anything was wrong until I received a letter stating the subcontractors were not paid.
