Old Trading Post charged my credit card for the product I ordered but never provided me with the item. I tried the phone number on the website and left a message but no response, left several emails again no response. I see by all the negative reviews this is very common with this company. Many people have been basically defrauded by these people. What I want is my money back or the holster that I ordered. Thank you fo your help. *********************Initial Complaint

On 11/25/2021, I submitted an online order for three (3) pairs of American made work gloves to the subject business in the total amount of $176.21. In retrospect my fatal error regarding this order was that although submitting it electronically, I subsequently remitted payment via personal check, and thus have no recourse other than hopefully through this platform to recoup reimbursement for the full payment amount since the order was not fulfilled and the owner has stopped answering my calls. (Had I ordered these items using a credit card for payment, I long since would have initiated proceedings with my credit card company to dispute payment.) I first checked on the status of my order via an email to the subject company on 12/06/2021, and received no response. I called the following day and spoke to a man identifying himself as the business owner, who proclaimed without researching my order number that the items would be shipped the following Tuesday, 12/21/2021. Still not having received the items after the start of the new year, I called and spoke to this same individual on 01/06/2022, who took down my order number - but not my telephone number - and promised to research the order and call back shortly. No response was received; I called back on 01/13/2022 and left a voicemail message after no one answered the phone. I even tried calling back from a different telephone number on 01/14/2022, but again no one answered the phone. (When calling the company, there is no "menu" of options - nor anything identifying the company whatsoever even on the voicemail - as it appears to be some sort of cellular phone number.)Initial Complaint

I ordered a leather pouch on 1 Aug 2021 for $167.17 from Old Trading Post, still have not received the product... Have called the business at least 4 times and was told it was being made and would be on the way soon.Have sent several emails with no response.... All I asked for was the product and if they cannot produce the product refund the money.Initial Complaint

I, ***************************, ordered a canteen $47.80 and a Flask $26.18 on November 29, 2021. They charged postage for $17.53. The total amount was $91.51. It was charged to my credit card. I still haven't received the items and they do not answer the phone, email, or any messages. My Order Confirmation No. with this company is *****. I would like my items I ordered.
