    Save yourself the trouble and do not hire them. I've lost several hundred to over a thousand dollars in spoiled food. Contacted them up in February to fix my refrigerator. They came out and replaced the compressor and it cost me 900$, 450 deposit and 450 when finished. A month later the fridge died again. They came out and cleaned the coils. A couple days later it died again and we had the leave the fridge in the middle of the kitchen to see if it was an airflow issue. If it worked then it was airflow and if it didn't then it was something else we'd have to call and get fixed. It worked the next morning and I demolished the cabinet around the fridge for more air flow. 2 months later I have them out again because it died (I pulled fridge out last night to see if it was an airflow problem and it wasn't) new guy comes and blew out the coils because he said there was a oil blockage. I asked if the problem was going to happen again and he said it might. Well if it might happen again then you didn't fix it right? I asked him what it was going to take to make sure it doesn't happen again and he said they should have sent the original technician and he might have replaced some filter but he can't do that because he wasn't paid to do that, just basic repair and claimed he was a contractor out just for today. It took some grilling just to get his name out of him when I asked for his card and name but he just wanted to point to the company card I already had. I was furious at this point, a guy working in my house won't give me his name when initially asked for it? This company is a joke, they can probably only do basic repairs. Finally getting a hold of their office they say it needs to be checked for a leak. Why didnt they say that 2 months ago? Why wait until after my food spoils twice and Im demanding answers. The main tech cant speak enough English to tell you whats going on, relied on a translator once and just didnt say anything the rest of the time.
