Service and Technical Support History: We have proactively addressed reported issues regarding inconsistent speeds and service interruptions. Our records reflect consistent efforts to engage and resolve these issues, including offering multiple onsite troubleshooting sessions and proposing significant equipment upgrades to enhance service quality.Regrettably, our attempts to implement these solutions have faced obstacles,not due to our lack of effort, but due to challenges in scheduling and acceptance of these proposed solutions.
Clarification on Service Throttling: We unequivocally clarify that Softcom does not engage in the throttling of internet speeds. Our commitment is to provide the fastest and most reliable service possible within the existing technological framework of the speed plan. Any extreme fluctuations in speed are taken seriously and addressed promptly by our technical team to ensure service integrity and customer satisfaction.
Resolution Efforts: Despite facing communication challenges,our team has made repeated efforts to reach out, offer support, and provide tangible solutions. We remain dedicated to resolving service issues and have repeatedly extended offers for a complimentary equipment upgrade. These offers aim to significantly enhance service quality but have unfortunately not been actualized due to factors beyond our control.
Moving Forward: We deeply regret any inconvenience experienced and remain steadfast in our commitment to resolving these concerns.We continue to extend the offer to upgrade the service equipment and improve the internet experience significantly. We are also prepared to review the account for any billing adjustments warranted by any service disruptions experienced.
