              I purchased clothes with cash. I went back the next day to return them because they didn't fit my daughter. I had the original receipt. They told me to come back in 4 days. Not only the store in great mall but also in *********. I didn't wait to pay them for the clothes. Why should I have to wait .

              On September 1, 2024 I returned some items to the True Religion store located at ************************************************************************************. I ordered the items online but returned to the store.....Do Do It!!! The manager in the store have a very nasty attitude/demeanor and lack knowledge of the return policy. My returned items were left on the counter, I was told to take a picture of a shipping label which wasnt attached to a package, and when I asked for a receipt of my return I was made to feel like I was asking a stupid question. So I never received a receipt. The manager is very unprofessional, rude, poor customer service, lack managerial skills. Then I asked a female salesperson to help my daughter find her size. The salesperson stated "she's a size 25" and then she walked away. Poor customer service to a paying customer. Then the same salesperson start to speak about me negatively to her co-worker because my daughter messed up the folded clothes while attempting to find her size. My overall experience with True Religion was negative. Dont waste your time or money on the brand. They dont value customers.
