I called to set up an oral surgery appt. They requested a referral from my insurance and dentist. Once the referral was faxed, they said that "when they get around to it they will give me a call" so they would not make a profile or an appt without that fax(which had already been sent) I asked if she could note it in my file to make it a point to contact once they receive it and my profile is created ******** got irritated with and reiterated "when they get around to it they will call" me then she hung up. They never called. So after waiting a week, (knowing that my dentist faxed it a week ago) I decided to call them hoping that they would get around in 1 weeks time. I called them asking if they finally got around to it. Sure enough they said that my profile was there. I asked why no one return my call and ********* got irritated with me. I said I remember that it was her who said that I spoke to last time to make note to call me and that she hung up on me. She laughed at me so I asked to speak with her manager.Once her manager ***** got on the phone I explained to her what happened and how I did not appreciate Prisicilla's actions. ***** said she will talk with her but can't because she doesn't know what happened.I told *****" I just explained to you what happened, what do you mean you don't know what happened?' Then she said I was yelling at her, which I was not and hung up on me. This by far has been thee worst experience in customer service that I have experienced.
