            date: 1/17/23 paid ~ $90 received the exact item in question from my sister. trying to cancel this order, but cannot get through. **** ******* offers phone assistance - appts available in two days time. chat assistance - no one available - tried three times. email assistance - tried three times. once the person emailed me, but severed the communication as I did not email immediately back. I was on a work call. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers.

            I ordered a notebook. It was shipped and I was tracking my package daily. My package stopped moving on Nov 17th 2021. I contacting the company on 11/22/2021 when it should have been arriving in the morning. I was told Don't worry it will show up which i knew was not correct but I waited. When I checked my tracking at 5pm (Seattle time) it now says there is not schedule date of when it will arrive. So clearly it is lost. I was told that if I want a replacement one then I would have to agree that if it gets unlost that I would have to email them ask for a label and then return on. All other company's would just send a replacement one no questions ask. Also the notebook is personalize so not sure what they will do with it. So now I am out money and have to contact my bank to get my money back and I am also out a gift for Christmas. As a customer I should not have to do more work to get a placement since it is not my fault that it is lost. Also they charge a shipping fee and a fed ex fee where other company's don't. This company is based on greed
