      Starlink is terrible. Cuts out all the time and lags. Clear skies (not weather related) asked to trouble shoot, even replaced my whole system. We are disabled and its not that easy to trouble shoot. Paying people to re install the wires and using our Cell phone data as the dish is out. The issue is the signal, no signal is received. Told to keep the hub away from all electronics, i asked the tech "should i put the hub in the attic or bathroom? " . He said to put far as possible from any illectronics. As we get more technologically advanced in our homes, not by choice, but a printer or laptop that is not on very often, should not be an issue. My $300 netgear hub , was disconnected as it was blammed as well as a possible interference. I had to get tid of my $1,000 internet tower as it was a possible interfrence to the dish. But issue is still there. Still clear skies and zero interference. Lags and cuts out , the issue is the signal . Starlink refuses to admit the signal is the problem. Now i may need to get a new tower for reliable internet. As tes for on land i need to get over some trees that are 5 miles away. To be able to see the tower. They are not cheap, as being Rural, we are limited but it is possible. Not impressed. I get better internet on my Cell phone. And often must hotspot to other devices. Security cameras going ofline is really a problem. We have them for a reason.Not impressed i feel i too was scammed into beleive it was better internet for us Rural country folks. Not impressed at all and on disability, funds are very limited. We paid full price ($799) and a few weeks later the starlink was $199. Refused a credit. Was told unable to credit as it was a few weeks past.Really hurts to know companies like this exsist. Another company (call it company X) ... dud the same thing. I was reimbursed as the issue was found to be company X's issue with over loading towers.Dont do it. Starlink is not good for Rural houses.

      Latest Headline: SpaceX has quietly added a one-time $100 fee increase to Starlink if youre buying the satellite internet service in an area already full of subscribers. So Now, Starlink is charging a "fee" for congestion when THEY are totally responsible for creating the congestion in the first place by overselling their service when they do no have the capability to handle the capacity. Shouldn't this be Illegal? They are causing the issue and then turning around and charging customers a fee for a situation they caused.I'm checking into a class-action lawsuit and have contacted the *** and FTC. Also agree with all of the posts about Starlinks "Customer Support" Only being able to get support by opening a ticket on a mobile app is ridiculous.

      I've purchased a brand new device from Best Buy. I already have the old model of Starlink and wanted to update my equipment. Here I am a week later, and still no resolution or any response from their 'customer service.' If this is how it's going to be just to change simple hardware, I'm not sure if this is the best business for on-the-go use.

      Worst customer service ever. Basically, beat around the bush, delayed only responds through a service email on the app. I tried to return a unit because it didn't work. Then they said I couldn't return it because it was past the 30 days even though they said I could but then they took a ton of time to send me a return slip which makes it beyond the 30 days and on and on the b******* went. They forced me to take the unit back. Now I have a big piece of plastic junk in a box. Worst ever!

      Quite the scam going on with internet providers these days but starlink is the worst for truth in advertising. They know there are possibly 1/3 of potential customers it will not work. You need absolutely no trees, second story buildings, or obstructions such as elevated solar panels for it to work. Although the website makes it sound like it will work anywhere if you just find the spot, it will not. Also out over $120 even though boxes totally intact. Not mentioned on website except “full refund”.

      I tried to set up the starlink equipment, the app said that the cable wasn't plug correctly or the cable was not authorized for starlink, which was really funny because I bought everything from them, after a while we could fix the internet at a very low speed, we used it for one day and next day we were without speed at all, I tried several times to contact them they never respond back my tickets, I'm still waiting for them to call me back lol! so I canceled the account but they still charge me for one month the app says that the account will be active for 20 more days. I can't recommend this company at all

      I have had nothing but issues in the last two weeks with the customer service. They have completely REMOVED my starlink kit from my account. I still have it installed and connected. The only issue is they removed it so now i cant get online although everything is in the green. They will not answer my support tickets. They will not respond to a request for a phone call. And they will close tickets if you have more than one opened. Although they wont repsoned to any of them unless its an automated message. Im getting ****** off. I paid over 600 dollars for this kit and got it brand new. They tried to send me a refurbished kit as a replacement for my existing kit that i purchased brand new. The kit i received (the refurbished one) was damaged so i sent it back. They have since disabled my working equipment. They will not respond to my images or tickets. I dont know what else to do but complain and leave nasty reviews on every platform possible untill i recive a response. I have called spacex headquarters and only would recive a voice mail when trying to get ahold of a receptionist. I left multiple voicemails with no answer. The customer service was great when my kit was "new" after the one year **** they stop carring about any of the customers they are servicing.

      Im a starlink customer. My service went offline and customer service refuses to solve the issue. Im now left paying for a service i cant use. This company is the worst

      The customer service is terrible. I have to constantly re-explain everything, and they ignore my messages and attachments. They lack the technical skills to solve issues and only respond to tickets at night, which makes it hard to resolve anything since they keep asking the same questions over and over again. It's a complete waste of time.

      May 6,2024 I reported no internet, A replacement router and power supply were sent however the power supply was for a different model. This was reported to the company and we were assured that a replacement would be sent. A power cord was shipped but no power supply. We contacted them again and next a power supply mounting bracket was sent. Still no power supply. We were now into June. I was assured that the correct item was ordered (June 7) and because of Manufactuing delays would ship between June 28 - July 2. July 3 I sent another email stating that we still had no idea of when we would receive it and that I planned to send their equipment back since it is non functional. They still claim manufacturing problems yet they are selling the same model to hundreds of folks. It appears to me that since we are not paying for a replacement they are discriminating. They just want to sell kits and not stand behind their products
