      If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Their customer service is the worst! Ive been ordering from them for quite awhile because their prices are good! This last & final order was very late. I called customer service & was told I could not receive a refund until it was 2 weeks past shipping date. My package finally arrived 1 day before the 2 weeks was up & it had no zip code on the shipping label hence why the shipping company had my zip code written all over the ************** obviously had to look it up which is why it arrived late! Also the way they package is ridiculous! They pack using brown paper & 1 time my package arrived with ants all over the inside! They did issue a refund but still continue to pack the same way! This company is the worst in customer service! The people on the phone are so rude! I will never order again from here! You lost a long time customer because of your rude customer service reps! ** need to respond because I read your responses to other reviews & its always an excuse followed by if theres anything we can do for you please contact us NO theres NOTHING you can do for me! Contact who? Your rude customer service team? ** thanks Im done with your company! You really think you excuses in your response make people want to reorder from you? Your responses are a joke! Do something productive for your customers if you want them to reorder!

When you choose the ***************** shipping method we aim to deliver your order to you within 1-5 business days, so we apologize that the carrier was unable to do so on this order. 98% of all orders ship the same day they are ordered, so it is a rare occurrence for your order to not arrive within 5 days. We have found that at times, it *** take a few additional business days for the items to be sorted and delivered to your location for final delivery, which is why the representative asked you to wait until a specific date before you could claim your package as being lost in transit. If your package had not been received, we would have looked into the issue and determined a suitable solution at that time. Thankfully, this wasn't necessary since your package did arrive on 6/20/24.Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this caused. You've mentioned that you would prefer to not reach out to us again, but please know we are available if you have any additional questions regarding this matter.

      I've order various products from All Star Health for several years. During COVID there was one item they were having trouble stocking but they kept me informed of that availablility. It was just days after their initiated correspondence of them cancelling and returning my payment due to the product not being available that they received the product, notified me as planned and I re-ordered. I have had no issues with this company at all. They have fulfilled my orders with no problems other than this one time--of which I feel I was treated well. Thank you All Star Health!

      I'll tell you instead what happened: When my parcel arrived I discovered I'd ordered the wrong item and if I want to return the item I have to pay for the shipping myself and depending on how much the item cost that might leave me with less money than I had before I made the mistake of patronizing this company, so instead I am stuck with something I don't want and now I can't afford the item I DO want, what a nightmare, and just unheard of for the customer to pay for shipping the item back that is quite a racket you've got going AllStarHealth. Buyer beware! This biz is NOT BBB Accredited and for good reason. Times are so tough and now this, just awful, &like poor ************, I will NEVER order from this company again.

Alternatively, we now have a new return option that allows free returns on purchases being refunded in the form of a store credit.       No complaint about the prices, BUT, I ordered a product as a gift...a shipping address included...and had to write my billing address, of course. The product was shipped to me, and because I don't want to pay postage AGAIN to reship it, I called. "so called customer service told me I was ****** because they didn't see the gift box checked in their order. Like I would make that up. I will NEVER order again. Crappy service. With the extra postage cost, I saved nothing.

We always guarantee that we are going to ship your order exactly as entered, and can assure you that our site will not change your order without your authorization. The gift option removes pricing from the packing slip in the box but this would not affect your address information. The shipping address is entered on the first checkout screen, at which time you can check a box to enter an alternate address for billing. This may be the check box that the representative you spoke with was referring to. We recommend reviewing the order summary we provide above the "Place my order" button to confirm their order details before finalizing the purchase. However, if you do notice any issues after an order has already been placed, please contact us and we'll be glad to assist you. Unfortunately as the order was already delivered when we received your call, we had no remaining options to reroute the package or update the address. We apologize again for the inconvenience.       1. They had a payment issue using PayPal.2. They had an address problem with their website.3. I called them twice about the above issues which was frustrating.4. After finally placing an order again that as earlier voided, I somehow didn't receive an email which required that I click on a link for PayPal payment.5. When I called Allstarhealth about the order problem they never did recognize the order issues was their fault and would not expedite shipping to compensate for the delay.

      Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize for the confusion. When an order is placed via Paypal, the shipping address is selected on their site during the Paypal checkout process. Unfortunately Paypal's policies do not allow us to change the shipping address they provide to us, so when we received your call requesting to update the address we cancelled the order and refunded the Paypal payment. A new order was then placed with the corrected shipping information per your request; however, unfortunately we did not receive any payment for the new order, so we were unable to proceed with shipment. The new order was canceled as well the following day when we received your call. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and please feel free to reach out to us if you have additional questions or concerns.

      Their prices are good so ordered from them, chose free shipping but got a $40 rush delivery tagged onto my bill. Ind **** ***** insisted I'd chosen it but I hadn't. I received the wrong product & straightening that out over the phone ate up my entire lunch hour. I only got $10 back. Will never do business with them again.

      I ordered for the first time from AllStarHealth and was quite skeptical as their prices were so much lower than even ******* for identical items. My order was on July 26th and I was in possession of my items on July 30th. Couldn't do better than that. Thank you All Star Health!

      Have been a customer for many years and the prices and customer service is without equal. My latest purchase arrived at lightening speed without paying for expedited service. Well wrapped/protected. Only 1 issue in over 5 years and the company bent over backwards to make it right. I love this company.

      I have been ordering supplements from AllStarHealth for several years. Their prices are competitive--usually lower than anywhere else, you can be notified if something you want is not in stock, and shipping has always been in a timely manner. They called me one time because something was not available for the order I made and discussed what might be a good alternative. I like this company and I like supporting smaller businesses.

      I ordered 3 cans of Quest protein from them a lot cheaper than Amazon and received quick shipping and dates on cans were over a year out!
